Un excellent séjour au milieu des 44ha

Maison très agréable, idéalement située à côté du bassin et de l’océan. Au calme au milieu des 44ha. Bien aménagée, décorée et équipée. Propriétaire super sympa. Idéal pour des vacances en famille.

Maison parfaite

C'est une maison parfaite que nous louons depuis quatre ans. Parfaitement agencée, 4 chambres, une magnifique terrasse, idéalement située à 5mn à pied du bassin, c'est un havre de paix qui nous permet de réunir la famille pour une belle semaine d'été au Cap Ferret.

Superbe villa dans les 44 du Cap Ferret juste à coté de la plage!

J'ai passé un merveilleux moment avec mes amies le week end dernier dans cette magnifique villa très bien agencée et décorée avec gout. La bronzette sur la terrasse était un régal, entre le chant des oiseaux et l'odeur des pins et des acacias. Nous avons pu, grâce au temps ensoleillé, pu profiter de sa proximité avec la plage du Mimbeau, ainsi que des repas à l'extérieur. Rien de tel que de se réveiller avec son café et ses cannelés de chez Lemoine, sur la terrasse au soleil! Je recommande vraiment cette très belle village, nichée au creux des 44 hectares! Un grand merci à Marie Morand, ses petits mots très pratiques pour nous guider sur le fonctionnement de la villa ainsi que son rhum arrangé maison, le meilleur que j'ai jamais goûté!

Top séjour !

Nous avons passé avec 3 couples d'amis un superbe séjour. La propriétaire qui nous a reçu avant nos vacances de 15 jours a été aux petits soins pour nous en nous donnant au préalable tous les bons tuyaux de la région. L'emplacement à 200 mètres de la plus belle plage du Ferret, la super décoration intérieure, le calme de son emplacement dans les 44 hectares avec son beau jardin arboré font de cette villa un endroit de rêve. Marie, merci encore pour votre sens de l' accueil et pour votre gentillesse ! A très bientôt - Paul

Magnifique maison! Très bien agencée et meublée avec goût et raffinement.

Maison juste à côté de la plage du Mimbeau dans les 44 hectares. Grand jardin et belle terrasse où les siestes a l'ombre des pins et Momosas est tres agréable. J'adore sa Tres jolie décoration en bois et matières naturelle qui rend l'atmosphère paisible et idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances dans un cadre magnifique et raffiné. Je recommande cette jolie villa Tess!!

Single storey house, large enclosed garden. Close to the beach (5 min), to the ocean (5 min ) and the shops (5 min), although they are not visible. Extraordinary location in the 44 hectares. Simplicity. Each room is independent. Plancha. Large terrace. Natural shadow. In pristine conditions. Cleaning available upon request, as well as housekeeping by staff during your stay. Quiet. Open plan kitchen with living room. Terrace and garden. Hammock to dream during the day or at night!
