Located on Mount Akoumaro, adjoining the neo-classic town of Gytheio, our 3-level home is perched on a hillside -giving it an amazing view of the town below and the Laconic Gulf as a whole.
Smartly laid-out -to offer both comfort and privacy- and tastefully furnished and decorated, our home has all the modern conveniences. The outside terraces and gardens -also located on different levels- gives visitors many options to enjoy the spectacular weather and view .
A car is recommended but not mandatory since the villa is conveniently located in a residential area 10 minutes on foot to the nearest shops and 20 minutes from the center of town.

Great stay in Gythio

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. It is a great location near grocery, bakery, restaurants. The front patio is great for breakfast - nice and shady. The back patio overlooks the sea - great for dinner, drinks, relaxing in the evening. Ada is very knowledgeable about the area and an excellent host.

Great sunrise views and great location

Quiet, beautiful and plenty of room. Ada was very communicative and efficient! The house has all the necessary amenities and Ada provided great suggestions for local restaurants and outings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gythio and will miss the beautiful views from the house.

Fantastique séjour

Merci à Ada pour son accueil chaleureux. Superbe maison idéalement située. Vue spendide sur la mer et son jardin entretenu avec amour. La maison vit et ça se sent. Beaucoup d espace, ce qui la rend idéale pour se reposer en famille. Ada est très disponible et d une gentillesse sans artifice. Du bonheur !

Vista splendida

La casa è molto bella, concepita dal fratello della signora Ada che è architetto. La signora è gentilissima e molto ospitale, oltre alle marmellate ha regalato a mia moglie due bottiglie per l'acqua che le piacevano! Ha preparato anche una piantina topografica con indicazioni dettagliate di spiagge, monumenti, attività, ristoranti da frequentare! La casa si affaccia sul golfo di Githio con visuale fino all'isola di Elafonissos. La vista dalla terrazza in cui abbiamo cenato per tutto il soggiorno è splendida. La casa è molto curata negli arredi soprattutto il piano di sopra. Qualche piccola limitata sbavatura al piano di sotto (bastone tenda, pensili..) che comunque non influiscono sul soggiorno. Ci sono aree living esterne anche nella parte sotto e verso l'ingresso ove facevamo la colazione quando la mattina batteva il sole. Ecco l'unico inconveniente per chi va nelle stagioni calde è che il soggiorno (completamente vetrato) e la terrazza sono in battuta di sole e dalle 9 fa molto caldo fino alla sera. La notte no, si sta bene e si dorme bene anche con i ventilatori in dotazione. Un impianto A/C la renderebbe comunque perfetta. Ci sono poi due posti macchina esterni all'interno del perimetro recintato e le docce esterne. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, complimenti Ada!
