We are a Spanish family that we rent our apartment with a very personalized service, we are in a house close to the apartment about one kilometer away. We personally attend the inputs and outputs as well as the delivery of the keys etc... with a very personalized and with a maximum interest on our part of face to the tenant at all times.

Selecting this rental provides tranquility since it guarantees perfect holiday calm and without surprises. When we think of a beach holiday we think about something so that it meets all the requirements to enjoy and relax. When are thinking rent this apartment not only are thinking in the apartment, also there that think in her own estate, an of them more unique and exclusive of Denia, very careful during all the year. Its location is strategic, is built in part on the top of the beach, allowing you to enjoy views of magnificent and a output direct to the beach from the own urbanization. The beach has all kinds of services in season such as daily cleaning of the beach, constant police surveillance, Baywatch Beach (Red Cross), entering the sea is flat and definition and waters are calm. The urbanization has with a nice and large garden for so only 45 apartments with areas where to rest, read etc..., also has with a great pool for all them public and that this open all the year. There are three elevators in the urbanization that parking within the own development and service. We have the Concierge which lives in the own development and covers everything is in perfect condition to serve the garden, the pool and security within the estate. He apartment this very well located within the estate since is one of them more near to the sea, this decorated with colors of beach in them rooms that have with cabinets wardrobes, the decoration in general is modern with pictures and reasons that accompany, as well as the furniture that is of design and of great quality. The equipment is very comprehensive (see equipment) including the latest technologies WIFI, TV satellite Astra TV European private) AA and the appliances are brand names. We have nearly all types of services, whether to buy, pharmacies, hospitals, churches, restaurants eating or multiple sports such as golf, horse riding, water sports etc...
