Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in this great downtown unit. Luis ... we so appreciated your welcoming basket of local goodies. We also greatly appreciated the lovely lady who refreshed our bedding and provided us with clean towels. When we first arrived we wondered at tolerating the next door rooster 🐓 but by the time we left we truly enjoyrd his coc-a-doodle dos throughout the day. The central location is truly a goid thing as you can walk to many local attractions. Such as the bakery, the market, the museums, the parks, the mall and restaurants. In short we would highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again. Dave and Ellen London, Ontario Canada 🇨🇦

lovely roomy apartment

The apartment is wonderful and the host was very accommodating. The neighborhood is great but anyone who walks a lot (like us) should be warned that the cobblestone sidewalks are very narrow and sometimes difficult to navigate. Clearly this is no reflection on the host or the apartment but it's good to know ahead of time what to expect.

Great stay in Ponta Delgada

Overall this is a nice property which makes you feel like part of the neighborhood. Big space inside that fit our family of 5 well. Most everything that we needed was stocked with small shops nearby for day to day supplies. Mall with large grocer only about 15-20 min walk. Short walk to city core and waterfront - 5-10 mins. We found this to be a great base to explore the island from with bonus garage for a rental car. Luis is easy going and responsive to any questions or needs. We’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location!

What a great place to stay! There is a garage to park so you don't have to risk the street parking, plenty of room in thr apartments, everything you need while you stay. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, the market, sites.
