Located in 'Es Bacares', a charming rustic fisherman's village in the Pollensa 's bay and near the old town of Alcudia.
NICE ALSO IN WINTER. The atmosphere in the area is quiet and intimate. It's easy and pleasant to find refuge under the shade of a pine tree for siesta or to read a book, only disturbed by the laughter of children playing in the water. The house, with pool, consists of two floors. Below you will find a living room with kitchenette and a bedroom with bathroom (all designed for a person in a wheelchair). Upstairs you will find a great room and second bathroom and a balcony with sea views. The pool has a device to make the access easyer for people in wheelchairs. Great place for hiking biking or walking during all the year. Pollensa Bay, sheltered from the wind and very safe, is perfect for practicing windsurfing, kitesurfing, or other water sports.

Alcudia

Lovely property with nice sleeping accommodation, in a very quiet area which was nice for a realxing holiday. Pool was great. You are approximately 1 mile from the centre of alcudia. You will need a car to get about as there is only one bar ( redrum) ehich is approximately 400 metres from the property but it isnt the best. I would definitely book this property again for a relaxing holiday

Ein sehr schönes Haus

Das war ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus mit allem was man für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es war alles da in der Küche was man brauchte. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß :) Die Umgebung war auch sehr ruhig, einfach nur KLASSE.

Nette Villa

Wir bezogen für 10 Tage die etwas betagte aber klimatisierte Villa in 2. Reihe. Es waren immer genügend Parkplätze auf der Straße vorhanden, wirklich nur 40Sekunden bis zum Meer. Über einen Aussentresor erhält man die Hausschlüssel. Es lagen für jede Person ein Händehandtuch und ein Badetuch vorhanden. Strandtücher nicht. Im Haus waren einige Gewürze, ein paar Filtertüten, 2 Geschirrhandtücher u 1/2 Flasche Spülmittel und in jedem Bad 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Man muss wirklich ALLES kaufen (Mülltüten, Geschirrspültabs, Kaffee/Kapseln…) . Wenn man wie wir abends ankommt ist das wirklich Mist, dass zB. keine Handseife da war. Man darf die Mücken nicht unterschätzen ! Wir sind alle Allergiker- durchlüften war weder morgens noch abends denkbar. Selbst am / im Pool wurden wir gefressen. Also Autan/Ceterizin und Fenestil mitnehmen. RAID gibts vor Ort beim Lidl/Eroski oder Mercadona(alles 7-12min mit dem Auto zu erreichen). Klimaanlagen funktionierten bei unseren 27-29Grad ohne Beanstandung. War wunderbar! Wenn man keine picobello neue Villa erwartet, ist dieses Haus völlig ausreichend! Dass Farbe und an manchen Stellen Putz im Haus abfallen ist sicherlich der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit geschuldet. Uns hat es jedenfalls gefallen! Der Kontakt zum Villenbetreuuer Chris funktioniert super und ohne Probleme, Kommunikation war in allen Sprachen möglich. Sehr freundlich.

October 2022

We stayed in October 2022 for about 2 weeks, there have been three of us. The place was exactly like it is shown on the photos. Good equipped house, kitchen. The pool has a good size as well. The neighbourhood is quite and more spaniards from BCN or Palma have a house there, the sea is just a few meters away. We had such realxed and wonderful holidays there.

Wonderful relaxing stay

Well equipped villa with a lovely private pool. Good location but car necessary. Villa is air conditioned throughout which is very necessary as dining area is an enclosed glass extension. Two good bathrooms, with large rainfall shower in en-suite Good cooking facilities but oven is extremely complicated- we did eventually get the hang of it! TV is old and on the one rainy afternoon we couldn’t find any English channels. Cleaning of a good standard but fridge door basket cracked and although we didn’t use that tray, on our last day it totally split and fell out - should not have been left in the fridge. Overall fantastic study just minor details that could improve the villa

Charming villa perfect for people with reduced mobility
Located on the beautiful Bay of Pollensa.
It has a double bedroom on the groundfloor with a bathroom fully adapted for wheelchair users
On the top floor it has another large double bedroom with twin beds plus a double sofá bed (can sleep 4 people) and a second bathroom and 2 terraces.
It also has a swimming pool with a mechanical chair to go in and out .
In a distance less tan 20 meters there is a pedestrian promenade that runs along the Bay shore, ideal for walking or jogging.
And this house is also perfect for sports lovers since in nearby there are facilities for the practice of a wide variety of water sports (jet-sky, windsurf, kite-surf, etc.) as well as 2 golf courses less than 15 minutes drive.
The old centre of the beautiful town of Alcudia is within a walking distance where there are wide variety of restaurants and shops.
Dogs are welcome.
