Jose was the perfect host! He runs a farm on the property and everything he produces is available to his guests...fresh eggs, figs, tomatoes, cucumbers, bananas, carrots, grapes, watermelon, strawberries, herbs, spices...etc. You want it..go out and pick it..no charge. We were spoiled to say the least. The accommodations were wonderful...full apartment with washer, dishwasher, sightseeing and activity brochures...he even booked whale watching for us. If you want to experience farm to table this is your place! So close to airport and Jose met us there and guided us to his place...easy and so enjoyable!

Now I am preparing the farm for the winter and spring crops.
Here, in this microclimate where Tropical Fruit Garden is located, on the island of São Jorge, Azores, temperatures vary between 15 and 20 degrees positive. So, we can grow even more variety than in summer.
Now. in addition to everything you mentioned, we also have mangos and mandarins.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Der Besitzer des Hauses ist sehr herzlich. Man wird wird frischem Obst, Gemüse und Eiern versorgt. Man kann auch jederzeit in den großen Garten gehen und sich selbst bedienen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
