5. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

Cancellation Policy - CANCELLATION MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE. Tahoe Getaways will refund the sums paid by Guest, less the 10% non-refundable prepayment. On the 60th day before Guest's arrival date, this reservation is considered 100% non-refundable.

HOST FEE DETAILS:
Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out.
