In the heart of the Tuscan countryside. CASA PANORAMICA is situated on top of a hill in the municipality of Palaia (Pisa) in the middle of other green Tuscan hills between Pisa and Florence.
The location of the property offers easy access to the coastal beaches and the main towns and tourist attractions of Tuscany.
Spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding countryside! Garden and olive grove on the property (28,000 m2) that includes a swimming pool the size of Mt. 7x4x1,5 h.
The whole house is located on the ground floor and this makes it accessible to people with mobility impairments (note: the bathroom does not allow access with a wheelchair). TV-SAT and WI-FI.

Im Herzen der Toskana

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Marica empfing uns sehr herzlich und überraschte uns mit einem Obstkorb und einer Flasche Wein.❤️ Der Ausblick, der Garten und der Pool machten den Ort perfekt. Von dort aus konnten wir viele Ausflüge unternehmen und haben tolle Städte und Orte besichtigen können. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Toskana at its best

We were exceptionally welcomed by the host family and enjoyed every second of our stay. The word Panoramica for the Villa is almost underrated for the stunning views. The nearby village Palaia is a Tuscany jewel and just everything you would like to see is close. A place we certainly want to come back.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wunderschöner Blick und viel Ruhe. Bequeme Betten, Mückengitter und Fensterläden, die sehr gut abdunkeln. Alles vorhanden, Marcia hat uns sehr nett empfangen und verabschiedet. Die viel befahrene Straße neben dem Haus störte kaum. Keine Eierbecher und für uns leider nur 2 Steckdosen brauchbar, da andere Typ in Italien. Für mich waren die Moskitos schlimm, draußen abends nicht hinzusetzen. Tolle Städte gut zu erreichen, sehenswert, leider über sehr langgezogene kurvenreiche Stecken. Deutsches TV Programm.
