About this property

At the gates of Luberon, 5 km away from L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and 20 km away from Avignon, this authentic Provencal farmhouse with a lot of character offers a 400 sq.m surface area. Located in the middle of apple tree fields, it is a peaceful haven. Recently restored, it can accommodate 12 people. There are 3 bedrooms with bathroom and a 100 sq.m room designed by the owner as a bedroom and a game room so that children could enjoy it.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room a bar, a library, a desk, and fireplaces. The house offers a group of rooms on a 200-sq.m ground floor, which will allow you to enjoy the Provencal cuisine, relaxing moments, and celebrations with relatives and friends.
Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided.
There are two large bay windows opening onto a 12-sq.m terrace, decorated with a fifty-year-old trellis shaded by vines, wisteria, and jasmine plants.
The 11.5 x 5.5 m pool offers a paddling pool, both for babies and adults.
The rate is €4000 in July and August, €3000 in June and September, and €2500 in May and October.

Tranquillité et convivialité

Nous avons apprécié la maison, grande et très bien équipée au milieu des pommiers.Vélos et jeux à disposition. Piscine sympa. Le marché de Velleron tous les soirs avec des produits locaux, la beauté des petits village. Propriétaires très sympas.

A great place to do holidays in the Luberon

The house is spacious, well decorated and fully equipped. The big room with six beds was very enjoyable for the kids. We only missed that there was no individual toilet in the three rooms upstairs. The house is well located to do excursions in the Luberon. It is only 5 minutes to the supermarket by car wherein you can find anything you need to cook. In the house we found all necessary equipment for baking and cooking. Dining in the garden was a wonderful experience. We had also barbecue facilities. Indeed we had a great week with our big family there.

Magnifique!

Nous avons passés 15 jours fabuleux dans ce mas qui a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût et qui a su préserver un charme unique! Nous avions des enfants de bas âges et l'équipement est parfait pour passer des vacances en toute sérénité (piscine clôturée, lit bébé, pataugeoire géniale pour les enfants, grand jardin...) Le propriétaire Régis, a su nous accueillir avec beaucoup de gentillesse et a été à l'écoute de toutes nos demandes. Très belle demeure dans une très belle région!
