Single-family farmhouse immersed between the olive trees, located in a quiet area, with a view over the medieval village of Serravalle, on the Montecantini hill and the Padule di Fucecchio (one of the most interesting wetlands). It is south-exposed with a terraced area where, under the shade of a mulberry tree you can nicely eat or dine al-fresco. It is fresh inside even in the summer months since it has a correct orientation and adequate windows. It is an enclosed area of approximately 800 m², with a garden suitable for children or pets. The guests will be the only ones occupying the house and will be able to fully enjoy their holiday. From Serravalle you can easily reach famous art places like Florence, Pistoia, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Geminiano, Arezzo and many other places and the Chianti areas for a nice meditation with the famous Brunello. The interior of the house is carefully furnished and functional: The bedrooms are three: two with double beds, one with two single beds that can be joined, another long bed located in a room with sun deck and the last one in the hallway of the first floor. In total, there are six + two sleeping accommodations. In the centre of the living room, a large chimney creates an incredible environment. Prices are all-inclusive and consist of gas and electric usage, Wi-Fi, bath and bedroom linen, initial and final cleaning, and reception. No other expense will be added; only in the winter months, we ask for a small contribute for the house heating. You will be welcomed guests. Much of the furniture is modified due to a change in management compared to that of the photos in the announcement; in any case the beds requested in the same rooms of the same house will be guaranteed, for some services it is necessary to agree before arrival via Vrbo mail or telephone thanks.
