O apartamento corresponde exatamente à descrição. Tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado.A localização é perfeita! Fomos a quase todas as atrações à pé, pois tudo é muito perto. Muitos bares e restaurantes na região. A estação de metro também é muito perto. A negociação com o Oliver foi super tranquila e ele foi muito gentil. Enfim, recomendo muito esse imóvel e voltaria novamente, com certeza.

Car: not necessary

They are 3 subway stations in the vicinity of the flat (at 2 mms on foot): Etienne Marcel (line 4), Sentier (line 3) and Réaumur Sébastopol (lines 3 and 4).

Just go for a morning walk in the Montorgueil street to enjoy the food open market which is quite typical of Paris. You then may like to go back there in the evening to try one of the many small restaurants offering simple but good cuisine.
