About this property

The apartment is located right on the side of the Abbey of S. Zeno, the most important Romanic church in Verona, and from the windows of the living room you can enjoy the magnificent view of the garden and the church. In ten minute walk along the Adige river, you can reach Castel Vecchio and the Arena, the historic center of the city.
The elegant apartment has fine fornitures, it consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom with the possibility of 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms complete with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. In one bathroom there is also a washing machine.
The S. Zeno district is full of history, but trendy; in the square there are pizzerias and typical places where you can taste the Veronese gastronomic specialties, and wines from Valpolicella.
You can easily reach by car the Garda Lake in half an hour; and the train station is 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus (the bus stop is right under the house).

The Best Place in Verona

This apartment at San Zeno is even better than the photos. Modern, clean, stylish, every amenity and the best location (just out of central heart and in a local area). Frederica was extremely welcoming and helpful. Did we love being in the apartment - definitely! Would we stay there again - absolutely. Parking is in a secure garage across the road. There are two (2) piazzas within a short walk with bars and restaurants. The bus stop is 50m away. And the river is two blocks away. The heart of the old city is a short walk along the river. We stayed for 2 weeks and would have been happy to stay longer.

Lovely apartment, lovely location, lovely host

This is a stylish and comfortable apartment in a quiet and open setting. We were 3 adults with plenty of space for our weeks visit. Federica is a friendly and amenable host who responds quickly and efficiently with requests or information. The area is very well served by public transport and with supermarkets and cafes almost on the doorstep, one place serves prosecco for 2 euros a glass. It is a comfortable walk into Verona along the banks of the river. Verona itself is a beautiful city and with other places nearby to visit eg. Ravenna. We can easily recommend this apartment. Geräumige Ferienwohnung in günstiger Lage zur Innenstadt

Sehr schön eingeeichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. Die Altstadt und der Bahnhof sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und etliche Bars und Restaurants. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und flexibel.

Exceeded all expectations, absolutely perfect. The apartment has everything you could possibly want, we stayed for 2 weeks and wish we could have stayed longer. Beautifully appointed, location within walkable distance to everything. Exceptional we would love to return

Second stay in this lovely flat

Lovely place to stay, close to the centre but also next to a local piazza with bars and cafes. Clean and lots of kitchen equipment for when we cooked.
