The Villa, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, is located 7 km from the historic center of the city of Sciacca, in c. from S. Marco, very close to Capo San Marco beach, which is only 150 meters away.
The independent property, all fenced with automatic gate, can be reached directly from the beach.
The house consists of: large living room kitchen (fully functional) n. 1 double bedroom, n. 1 double / twin room, n. 1 bathroom / shower, for a total of n. 4 beds plus a cot for children.
All furnished with maximum comfort.
Services: washing machine, TV, hairdryer, barbecue, iron and ironing board, baby cot.
Small veranda in front of the villa, larger veranda at the back equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs and barbecue.

la villetta è veramente a pochi passi sal mare...bella posizione !Siamo stati benissimo e i proprietari sono persone gentili disponibili e simpatici...unico neo , dal nostro punto di vista, la lontananza da negozi anche per le prime necessità..ma la posizione della casa offre altri vantaggi come il silenzio e la tranquillità.

Gute Lage!

Wir haben zu Sechst ein paar Tage Urlaub auf Sizilien genossen. Das Haus ist ganz nah am Meer und bietet genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Es war alles da, 2 Bäder und eine größe Küche zum kochen und für gesellige Abende. Den Garten könnten wir leider nicht nutzen, weil das Wetter zu schlecht war. Aber auch dafür gibt es noch eine überdachte Sitzgelegenheit.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus ganz Nahe am Meer

Das Haus ist vom Preis-Leistungsverhälniss sehr in Ordnung. Es war sauber gereinigt. Die Familie Monastero war sehr behilflich z.B. Den Ausdruck des checkin für die Flugtickets. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, da die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit doch mind. 5 km entfernt ist. Man kann mit Badesachen direkt zu Strand laufen 2 Min.

Casa Vacanza 6612965 villetta "Marisa". Bella villetta silenziosa con ampio giardino e la spiaggia molto vicina. I proprietari sono molto gentili. Ci hanno perfino aiutato a fare il check-in online dato che eravamo senza internet. La casa è pulita con tutto il necessario sia nell'interno che fuori con un giardino con tanti alberi e fiori. Si vedono dei tramonti meravigliosi sul mare. E' utile avere un'automobile, perché il primo negozio di generi alimentari è abbastanza distante. E' utile avere dei repellenti personali per zanzare anche se la proprietà lascia in dotazione degli antizanzara per l'esterno
