Our house is one of the villas located in a quiet area between the cliffs and the impressive massif of Monte Monaco. The context , of course, is connected to the center and to the main roads , and it is still natural , with small low houses for residents and tourists. The famous beach of San Vito , at 15 minutes walking, is just 500 meters as the crow flies . Who loves diving, always in about 15 minutes on foot, can reach the nearby bay of the ancient Tonnara where, however , you can park free and easy.
The property is a former manor house divided into several independent single-family units with independent entrance and its open spaces of relevance. The proposed apartment for rent consists of living room with kitchenette , double bedroom, large second bedroom with twin beds ( can be joined if necessary ) , hallway , toilet and shower outside, covered veranda equipped with table , chairs or sunbeds. All rooms are sunny and have direct openings to the garden. Equipment and furnishings are new, complete and functional .
