Beach Retreat 107 is a beautifully updated, ground floor unit. Ground floor units offer ease of access to the beach and for our dog-friendly vacation travelers, ease of access to get your pup to the pet area.

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Summer and other peak times of the year.

A note about supplies:
Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

BEACH RETREAT COMMUNITY

The Beach Retreat is situated within a pet-friendly community along Scenic Gulf Drive, perfect for family vacations and quiet getaways. Beach Retreat is convenient to some of the most popular restaurants in Destin such as The Crab Trap and Pompano Joe's, shopping at Silver Sands Outlet Mall or the Destin Commons Shopping Center, charter-boat fishing from Destin Harbor, walking and biking trails and numerous Destin golf courses. Resort guests enjoy the comforts of home boasting fully stocked units including a washer and dryer, with the added perks of a private beach and a beautiful, large, seasonally heated pool with attached jacuzzi.

Beach Retreat vacation rentals are on Scenic Gulf Drive between Maravilla (to the East) and Beach Resort / Leeward Key (to the West), making it centrally located in Miramar Beach.

Great experience at Beach Retreat!! Will definitely book here again. Location was perfect…. Steps to the sand. Room was clean, updated, and comfortable! Property is very well maintained and family and pet friendly! Absolutely no concerns at all!! Just an easy and great experience that made vacation truly a vacation!

Beach Retreat

We had an amazing time at our condo. It was easy to find, in walking distance to food, coffee, groceries and right across from the ocean! The condo was very clean, all the appliances worked well and it was quiet; occasionally I could hear the people above us. The street in between the condo and the beach was fairly busy, but traffic was slow and stopped to let us cross. The sand on the beach was so soft and the chairs were set up each morning. We didn’t find many shells or any crabs at night, which was fine. We brought our dog and saw many others with their dogs too. It’s a very friendly place. We can’t wait to go back!!

Perfect location

We loved our stay; the condo has a great view of the beach & is within 3 miles of everything we wanted to do. It is by far the nicest dog-friendly place I've ever stayed.

Overall poor condo

Ice maker on fridge, garbage disposal, stove, tv were broken and there was a piece of metal sticking up in the walkway of the sliding glass door that caused everyone to trip going through the door! My mom severely hurt her foot! Not worth the money! Do not stay at Beach retreat 107!

Beach Retreat is a luxurious Tuscan styled complex on Destin Beach with a large private beach, gated entrance, 3,000 sq ft heated private pool, hot tub, and exercise facility. It was completed in 2004. The condo is gulf front with a wonderful view of the Destin Gulf of Mexico from the patio.
