Perfect in all ways

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here twice, at the beginning and at the end of our Alaska vacation. The location is awesome, as others have stated, 5-10 min. from anything we needed. The unit was easy access, no way to get it wrong, quick and painless. We were able to run in the neighborhood without worries, go to a movie and get groceries or takeout.

The rooms were spacious, as was the living room and a full kitchen with anything you would need. I also like that the spices were left from previous visitors, one less thing to re-purchase or take along with you. The unit was very clean and updated with a large flatscreen TV and direct tv. The carpet seems clean and you didn't fee like you should wear your shoes inside due the fear of the unknown filth. The beds were very comfortable too. My only suggestions for improvement would be more pillows and at least one more mirror- we are pillow hoarders and with 5 adults we had a hard time sharing one mirror. Craig was accommodating to our individual needs too!

Thank you Craig! We will definitely come again🙂?

Good time in Anchorage

  • 4 of 5

This was a very comfortable property, with great beds, good sized kitchen and huge tv. We loved having a washer and dryer. Moving from further north in Alaska to the south, this gave us a stop to do the laundry and refill the larders from Costco. We had a fabulous bike ride on the coastal trail going about 20 miles. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent! Stayed twice in 2 years

  • 5 of 5

I recently stayed at Craig's property after having a positive and excellent experience with my family 2 years ago. The house is immaculate, check-in simple and comfortably can accommodate an average size family.

I am satisfied because the location is conveniently located near essentials, and a grocery store, the airport and gas stations are no more than 5to 10 minutes away. Additionally, you're conveniently close to downtown Anchorage.

In future trips, I will always prioritize getting this location again.

Great place!

  • 5 of 5

The place was very nice, clean, and quiet. Everything was a breeze, from my payment, to my check in, to check out. It was in a great location, near everything in town, and away from all the noise. This was my first time going on vacation and not using a regular hotel, and I have to say, after this experience, I may not ever book another hotel.

The owner was amazing, he was willing to work with us when we needed him and readily available at all times during my stay.

I would recommend this place to anyone visiting anchorage!

Wonderful property

  • 5 of 5

Thank you, Craig, for a delightful stay in both your ground floor and 2nd floor condo apartments. It was great to have two condos in the same location that could accommodate our elderly parents and all the rest of us. The condos were very clean with 3 spacious bedrooms and living and dining area. We enjoyed being so close to the airport and also the the float plane lake. Plus we loved eating at the Rustic Goat (i think that is the name) just up the street. All in all we had a wonderful time time and very much felt at home even though we were miles away. Such a beautiful beautiful state! We hope to get up there again soon!
