Quiet place immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub, bordered by the Unicef Park. Just 100 meters from the beach equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas, bar and games for children. For those who love shopping the accommodation is located less than 50 meters from the shops, typical restaurants and supermarket. A few hundred meters away is the small port 'Marina Uno', with a yard for pleasure boats, shops and fish restaurants. At 1km the prestigious 18 hole Lignano Golf Club where the most important competitions in Italy are held. The center offers a pedestrian street with trendy shops, characteristic restaurants, pizzerias, pubs. At the end of the course the ancient dock 'pirate landing' hosts important boats. The arena of musical performances during the summer concerts with famous singers and musicians are held. Live music in different clubs in the center throughout the summer.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren Ende Oktober in der Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Umgebung ist toll. Nur wenige Meter bis zu einem tollen Sandstrand. Wir machen gern wieder hier Urlaub. Nur die Sicherung im Stromkasten hält nicht viel aus. Die müsste mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten sind wir rundum zufrieden.

Gute Lage

Nah am Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Sehr zufrieden.

Ganz toller Familienurlaub

Wir haben in dieser Unterkunft eine Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist ein Reihenhaus und fast alle Nachbarn sind die Einheimische. Als wir uns ausgesperrt haben, halfen uns gleich ganz nette Nachbarn. Die ganze Umgebung ist eher ruhig, Bagno 4 fanden wir auch eher ruhig. Das Haus selber war sehr sauber, und alles was man benötigt idt vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und beantwortete unsere Fragen schnell. Der Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist in jedem Fall sehr gut. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Klein aber fein

Wir wahren mit 5 Personen ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager, 1 kleinkind) da. Es war für alle genügend Platz und jeder hatte seinen rückzugspunkt. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung war völlig okay, man hatte alles was man braucht. Eine schöne ruhige Lage,perfekt zum relaxen. Pluspunkt war auch eine dazugehörige Tiefgarage. Der Kontakt zur Vermietung, lief einfach und super. Sehr gerne wieder.

Gut aber Luft nach oben, gute Lage

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wenige Meter zum Strand und fast um die Ecke findet sich eine gute Apotheke und ein recht umfangreiches Lebensmittelgeschäft. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist mit einem abschließbaren Kipptor versehen. TV nur in Italienisch! Es gibt nur einen Wohnungsschlüssel. Bei größeren Personengruppen wäre ein weiterer toll, zumal die Tür-Glocke nicht funktioniert. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen gut geeignet. Da es aber für bis zu 7 Personen angeboten wird, finden wir es zu klein. Das Doppelbett ist gut. Im obersten Stock gibt es 2 richtige Einzelbetten und ein Sofa, welches aufgeklappt werden kann. In diesem Sofa ist eine harte Leiste und man liegt sehr unbequem darauf. Die Steckdose neben diesem Sofa macht Schwierigkeiten. Besser nicht benutzen!! Ein Sicherungskasten befindet sich neben der Haustür ein weiterer!! in der Tiefgarage im Elektroraum. In der Küche gibt es einen Tisch mit NUR 4 Stühlen. Bei Schönwetter kein Problem, aber .... Auf der Terrasse ist ein Gartentisch mit 5 Stühlen. Ein Schuhschrank wäre schön, speziell bei so vielen Personen. Eine Kehrschaufel MIT BESEN wäre schön. Mit dem Strom gibt es Schwierigkeiten. Wir standen wiederholt im Dunklen, auch ohne irgendwelche Geräte benutzt zu haben. Ein Nachtlicht reicht schon als Auslöser. Eine Nacht mussten wir auch ohne Klimaanlage verbringen. Alles in allem waren es schöne Tage. Eine ruhige Lage, nette Nachbarn, gutes Eis,... Unserem Sohn gefiel besonders das Bild mit den Papageien. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
