About this property

The property sits on its own ground of 3,200sqm with many olive, lemon, orange trees and a stunning sea view.

Accommodation:
- Ground floor: 1 large bedroom for a couple and 1 large bedroom for 4 kids with a family bathroom.
- First floor: Large sitting and dining room kitchen and 1 large bedroom for another couple with integrated bathroom.

- Swimming pool (9mx4m)

- Surroundings: Faralya is a small, quite and friendly village with a few hidden, nice restaurants. Faralya is 450 meter high up in the mountain, so a few degrees cooler than in Fethiye. The next 3 beaches are 'Aktas beach' (20 min to walk or 5min by car). Kabak beach (2km by car and then 10 min by shuttle or 30 min by walk) and 5 km to 'Ölüdeniz beach'. You can live peaceful and healthy holidays, drinking water from the mountain, buy eggs, honey, olive oil and organic vegetables and fruits from our Neighbours.

The prices include all charges for electricity, water, gas and once a week cleaning service.

Une belle maison avec une superbe piscine

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. La maison est bien équipée et agréable à vivre. La terrasse et la piscine sont superbes.Les environs sont magnifiques, mais il faut une voiture pour se déplacer, sachant que le réseau routier est assez délicat. Un point a cependant un peu gâché notre plaisir : nous avons vécu une semaine de canicule, et dans ces conditions l’absence de climatisation est très pénalisante. Heureusement, des ventilateurs ont permis de rendre nos nuits vivables.

Faralaya

The house/villa is fantastic with plenty of space both inside and out BUT.......the grounds are in urgent need of attention as they really let what is a beautifully built and designed property. We also felt the need for a house book so that the guests can contribute their experience of the area and advise on things to see and do, like best places to eat out and best beaches etc. All in all a great place and thank you for allowing us the pleasure of staying there.

Magnifique

Très jolie villa avec une belle vue sur la mer. Le coucher de soleil y est magnifique à voir de la villa. Les lieux sont propre à l'arrivée, et il ne manque absolument rien. Les personnes s'occupant de la maison sont très accueillant, quand à la propriétaire réponse rapide si besoin d' information. Aucun regret sur le séjour, bien au contraire. Je recommande fortement.

Ausblick sehr gut Haus mit Abstrichen

Spülmaschine fehlt bei solch einer Größe des Hauses Klimaanlage bei 35 Grad wäre angebracht Leitungswasser steht nicht jederzeit zur Verfügung Preis Leistung stimmt
