This Luxurious two bedroom apartment of 120 m2, is located in the middle of the prestigious heart of Prague, it occupies a unique position, just next to the Wenceslas Square and a short stroll from the iconic Old Town Square. In few minutes walk you can also reach the Republic Square and the former Josefov Quarter. Further on, in close vicinity is also the National Museum. The apartment itself is set in a very quiet street.

This is the place with the largest social scene, as soon as the sun sets, the area fills up with people flocking to the restaurants, pubs and bars, all first stops for a lively Prague night out. During the day the area is one of Prague hottest commercial spots, take time out to enjoy the shopping on offer at the Na Prikope street along with some of Prague's exclusive boutiques, for opera lovers, the world famous State Opera is practically next door. All the necessary for your everyday needs is in the close vicinity, including a supermarket, a butcher, bakeries, groceries, pastries, fresh fruits and vegetables.

This exquisite fully fitted apartment, complete with all the comforts you need for a truly enjoyable stay, would make a fantastic base from which to explore Prague.

The city center is easily navigated by walk, however, Prague boasts a comprehensive transport system comprising of metro and tram services. Museum and Mustek metro stations are just a few minutes away. The apartment is located within easy reach of the Main train station.

The Apartment Attic Olivova is located on the fifth floor in a building with lift.

We kindly remind you that young groups and parties of any kind (stag, hen, bachelor etc...) are not allowed in the apartment. STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. We are not flexible at this point and we will not accept such kind of travellers at their arrival.

Note: This bright split-level two bedroom and two bathroom attic apartment with lots of woodwork is situated in a completely renovated building with a new lift. The lower level consists of living room with fully fitted open space kitchen and loggia access, bedroom, and shower bathroom with toilet. The upstairs is reached by a designer steel and wood staircase, there is the second bedroom with study area, bathroom with corner bath tub, and storage room. The apartment boasts high quality materials, wood floors and wood beams.

Property description: two bedrooms, living room, dinning area, kitchen, two bathrooms, storage room and terrace.

General facilities: fully air-conditioned, security door, electric stores, alarm, Internet, Astra satellite connection, hair dryer in each bathroom, welcome pack (including shower gel + shampoo, cotton swabs (buds) and cosmetic cotton pads), washing machine and ironing facilities.

In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.

For groups and peak season`s reservations (Easter, New Year`s Eve ...), the mentioned payment and cancellation conditions could be a subject of changes: The guest will be informed about those changes in writing before the confirmation of his reservation.
