This 5 star riverfront upscale home boasts beautiful accommodations throughout including master bedroom with walk-in closet, master bath with bidet and 6 shower heads! Well appointed guest room with double doors leading to private patio. Flat screen TV's in each room, Sonos wi-fi. The Living room has a beautiful southwest fireplace and 70' television! Granite kitchen with views of river from living room, just open the french doors, walk down the steps in your backyard onto your private dock hope on your sea doc and go! Perfect for friends and family to get together and have a great time on the river, launch your boat/sea just down the street in our locked private marina and dock on our private dock. The river is accessed through our wake free private marina a few minutes north to Laughlin (15 mins on the river) or head down towards the avi (10 mins on the river) or beyond, great spot on the river where it is not so busy.

Picture yourself relaxing on the river enjoying the gorgeous AZ sunsets, glass of wine in hand, watching the sun go down on another perfect day.

We want you to enjoy our beautiful home and the river, if you're looking for a party place, then please, this is not the house for you.Please let us know he total number of guests as this is part of your contract and we are not willing to exceed a total of 6 people

We are STRICTon 6 guest only. There are outside cameras for our protection and yours. A violation of this rule will result in a complete loss of your deposit.

About Lauree Lage

My husband and I acquired this property in 2013. We had a great time turning it into our river paradise; we choose a Southwest theme and spared no expense on the interiors. All interior walls are beautiful venetian plaster, fireplace is a replica of Linda Ronstat's Tuscon home. The custom tile work was inspired from famous restaurants and homes around the world. We had toured Paris the year before so I just had to have a my own 'bidet'!

Why Lauree Lage chose Bullhead City

We have always wanted a home located directly on the river. We love the water and jet skiing. When this house came on the market, we jumped on it quick. It was a complete remodel. We starting by gutting the entire home and then installed brand new windows, stucco, a/c system,custom showers, bathrooms, kitchen, fireplace, floors; EVERYTHING! We love this house but we decided to share it with vacationeers since we can't be there as much as we'd like to be.

What makes this house unique

When we saw the sunset from the back yard, sinking into the picturesque mountains and the water at our feet we were sold! So very peaceful and beautiful. you will thoroughly enjoy this river front property. it is the perfect retreat for snowbirds looking to enjoy months at a time or in the summer for a 3-7 day stay (longer of you wish).

Our home is located in the Palo Verde Meadows estates on Camino Del Rio, one of the most desirable properties and streets along the colorado river. Palo verde has wonderful park like settings, you will enjoy walks in the evening and the greenbelts have numerous lakes. The house itself sits on the river with a private dock in the back yard, grab a cup of coffee and your fishing pole in the morning and catch a few fish for the BBQ.

The boat launch is on our street at the end of our marina, you will dock your boat or skis in your back yard which is ideal for enjoying the river, stopping in for lunch or perhaps a margarita during the day. We love to go out early and then again as the evening comes upon us for a quick run up the river to Laughlin which is just a few minutes away by boat or jet ski. Conversely a ride south to the AVI, Topak, Pirates Cove are all within reach or take a longer day trip down to Lake Havasu. This spot is ideal as we are ideally located in a quiet area on the river with private marina so you can stay close if you like and enjoy the river or hit all of the hot spots as well. Dining and shopping are all over the valley including spots just down the street including one of our favorites Lisa's Bistro.

Greedy Owners

Owners nickel and dimed me for everything. Make sure you get everything in writing up front. They will send you a written and signed agreement a couple days before your stay and it won’t line up with what the website states. Oh and they say I broke the lease agreement and they kept my deposit! Stay away for this home away!!!

Your booking was for 4 guests, we were surprised to learn the total number of people staying at our home was 11; including people sleeping outside on air mattress’s. Our house is ideally suited for 4 people. We are able to accommodate 6 people at a maximum, which is stated on our VRBO listing. The property was perfect when we arrived. Clean and beautiful.

This was a perfect vacation home for our family. My wife, daughters and I have been coming to the river for over 20 years. This was our first stay at the Lage's home and it was our favorite accommodations yet. The Spanish/South western decor and architecture is beautiful and the view of the river is perfect. Our stay was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We are already looking forward to next year!

Very nice house, very relaxing!

This house had all the bells and whistles set for a solid vacation. Setup for both day and night. Dock worked out great with the launch ramp up the street. Only negative was the water pressure in the showers. Overall I would return! Thanks again for the hospitality.

The best stay in 35 years of visiting Bullhead City

From the curb appeal when you pull up to the house to to the second you open the door Jeff and Lauree's home is amazing. When you think it can't get any better you open the door step out onto a gorgeous 3 level Deck down to its own private brand new dock with jet ski ramps. Inside the house is well appointed with quality furnishings top of the line appliances and any cook wear, utinsels Etc. You need to cook a great meal. From booking to payment to being only a text away durning the stay Lauree is very accommodating and attentive. Which reminds me thanks you for accommodating an early check in. I could be mistaken but it seemed that we more hours of sun compared to being by the casinos where once it goes behind the casinos you lose the sun. Hope to be back next year. Great Get Away on the Water.

The location of the this house on the lagoon of the river is awesome. The tiered decking and new boat dock was so very safe and enjoyable. The amazing mountain views from the deck made it a special place.

The house is very well maintained, stocked and comfortable. The big screen TV's and amenities created a resort feel with the comforts of home.

This river location with private boat ramp and dock on the lagoon make it feel like you own the river. The lagoon is great for floating and paddle boarding while the river is ready for fast activities.

We will return!!!
