Apartment with high quality finishes on two levels (ground floor and basement), surrounded by meadows and woods on top of a private hill 3 km from the center of Tarvisio.

Large private garden (more than 350 square meters) provided for the exclusive use of: outdoor table, chairs, umbrella and chairs. On the ground floor: living room with mountain views, dining area and refectory table for 6 people, TV 42 'with DVD and VHS player, radio with CD player, 1 double bedroom overlooking the garden, bathroom and kitchen (no oven ) with induction hob; lower ground floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bunk bed and two single) 1 bathroom with shower and spacious closets.

Guests can avail of an espresso machine (a pack of capsules for free), toaster, dishwasher, Internet Wi-Fi access, a small library (Italian, English, Spanish), a collection of music CDs (various kinds) some films and cartoons on DVD and VHS in other, 3 helmets mountains, backpack, walking stick and binoculars for birding, hair dryer and washing line (there is no washing machine but in the city there are coin-operated laundries and even "normal "). At their disposal: private outdoor parking and / or garage, mountain bikes for adults and children.

PETS ALLOWED provided clean, brushed and free of pests (bowls on request). No smoking.

Splendido appartamento in una splendida location

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in 4 persone. La casa, le foto, e la descrizione corrispondono perfettamente alla realtà. Finiture di pregio, un giardino favoloso, fiorito, curato e con una vista sulle vicine montagne veramente mozzafiato. Gli arredamenti e le dotazioni più che quelle di una casa per turisti sono in tutto e per tutto degne di un'abitazione permanente. Ogni comfort che uno desidera avere a casa propria, lì c'è, dal grande TV, ai CD, DVD, libri, internet, tutte le dotazioni di cucina, letto matrimoniale con materrasso "memory" armadi ampi e persino un binocolo per godersi meglio la vista delle vette! La posizione della casa, poi, è delle migliori: a pochi km dai laghi di Fusine e del Predil, ad un passo dalla Slovenia (siamo andati in bicicletta a Kraniska Gora con la ciclabile Alpe Adria che passa proprio sotto casa con le biciclette in dotazione) e da Villach, in Austria. Infine una nota di merito alla Signora Marisa che gestisce la casa del proprietario, sempre presente, precisa e premurosa.

Owner's Response: Carissimi ospiti, sono veramente felice che vi siate trovati bene, questa è per me una grande soddisfazione. La casa che tanto vi è piaciuta è quella di Famiglia, mia Madre (che non c'è più) ha piantato molte delle piante che avete visto e la cara Signora Marisa se ne prende cura con grande passione. Forse è questo il "segreto" di quella casa, l'amore con cui viene curata e mantenuta nel tempo. Sperando di riavervi con noi anche l'anno prossimo vi saluto cordialmente. M.C. Coppola

Car: necessary

The Tarvisio area offers countless possibilities in sports including: alpine skiing, cross country skiing, walking with sashes, golf (18 holes), mountain biking and trekking at various levels of difficulty. For those who want to relax the Fusine Lakes and Lake of Predil are lovely places to go take a walk and a cookout. Must visit the Natural Park of the Julian Alps and the Sanctuary of Monte Lussari, as well as the Castle Landskron (Austria) from which to watch the eagles that soar in flight. Delicious markets that are organized during the summer in Tarvisio and surroundings (for more information on the events of Tarvisio: Infopoint Tarvisio Agency tourism FVG, Via Roma 14, Tarvisio). Lovers of photography will find everything both with night shots that day, make stunning scenery, especially from Monte Lussari! For the ladies shopping in Tarvisio offers good value for money.
