Perfect getaway!

Our 4th time coming to this beautiful home! Always enjoy our January stay in Cape Coral. We are noticing however, that the city is getting more and more crowded. I guess this is a sign of the time.

Beautiful house and view!

Wonderful place to stay for our group of friends. Everything was great. Very clean, great location. It was a cool week so really enjoyed the hot tub! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property

This property is amazing. The water views, pool, hot tub, lanai, well equipped kitchen and bedrooms make it a comfortable place to hang out, in general. The only downside during our stay was the loud noise generated by the construction/reconstruction, due to hurricane aftermath, happening at the homes on both sides of the property. Would stay here again when construction has wrapped up in the area.

The house is beautiful with amazing views! Great location, close to everything. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and the beds are comfortable. The owners are very responsive to your messages. My family loved the place and we would definitely stay here again!!

We handle the rentals ourselves, and have a local area handyman and property manager to handle any issues the guests may have immediately. You will have the cell numbers of the owners, not some rental agency. We have rented this home for the last 8 years to select couples and families.
