Large down town 850 sf one bedroom loft above a former cherry warehouse. High ceilings, many large windows, lots of natural light. Located one block from the downtown shopping corridor walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach etc. Queen bed in bedroom, large comfy couches, WiFi and direct TV with nearly every movie channel.

Trendy new bar and event space downstairs a stones throw away from your door called The Parlor.

I love traveling, great food, good drinks and wonderful people. When I realized I could have a winter without snow I was all about it for nearly 12 years living in Florida, California, back to Florida and even on a sailboat for a year and a half. This is simply a perfect rental if you're spending time in TC. Clean, stylish and thoughtfully well appointed, this apartment allows you to be close to everything downtown while still providing the perfect amount of peace, quiet and privacy. Would never consider staying anywhere else...

The location is amazing! Jason's loft was clean and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large for a loft which I loved. Very nice layout, decor and use of space.
