Great Prague rental!

This great apartment was reasonably priced and exceeded our expectations! Our family of 5 adults spent a week in this lovely apartment in Prague. We were warmly welcomed and oriented to the apartment and the city by Vladimir, a representative of the owner. We had easy and affordable transfers from and to the airport. The building is well located and within walking distance of many interesting restaurants and provides easy access to the subway or trolleys for travel anywhere in Prague. We enjoyed just hanging around the apartment as well. It was very comfortable for family meals and had a nice little patio for a little extra space. The bathrooms are modern and lovely and the bedrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It is one of the best VRBO experiences we've had and I highly recommend it as a rental!

Fab apartment in a fantastic location

Four adults and three teens stayed here for four days - Feb18. It was the perfect base to see the whole of Prague. The location is great, supermarket 5 minutes away, 10 minutes walk to the old town.

The restaurant on the corner of the street is well worth a visit.

The apartment has everything you need for a city break. The bedrooms are all lovely and the living space comfy. The coffee machine is excellent! Tip, if you are a tea drinker and are only there a couple of nights chuck a few tea bags in the suitcase save buying 50 in the supermarket!

Also if you have a late flight the train station is 5 minutes walk and you can store your suitcase in lockers for a couple of euros - made the last day easy.

The transfers Rached arranged were also great.

thoroughly fab holiday - would definitely recommend this apartment.

Stairs +++

Apartment is excellent on top floor of an older building, the quality of unit and appliances are excellent, quite yet close to centre city, bedding first class, even an amazing coffee machine with coffee beans supplied ! Rached was excellent with pre arrival communication and arranging cars from aerport. Negative is lift is similar age to building and not always reliable, thus 9 flights of stairs on which to carry luggage etc.. no assistance or response available from Rached or Vladimir re other options, quite a contrast to other communication.

Owner's Response: Dear Margaret, thank you for your visit in Prague in our apartment. We are sorry to hear that the elevator was not working on the last day of your stay. Immediately after your email, we called the service for the elevator and they came to fix it. We did not hear from you anymore before check out, so we thought, everything is all right and the elevator is working. If we have heard from you, that the elevator is still not working, we would love to help you with the suitcases on the way down from the third floor. You know, we were assisting you by arrival as well. Sometimes it happens to all elevators, that they stop working for some reason (usually some electric part). It does not matter how old they are (our elevator is less than 10 years old). You can see on all other reviews, that there was not such an issue before. We are apologising one more time for inconvenience, but we think, it was just a mistake in communication. Rached & Vladimir

Clean and Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Kitchen utensils, condiments were plenty. Free coffee every morning with very new coffee and cappuccino machine. Owner and staff were very nice and response to any questions we have. Air condition was very strong.

In general, it's a great place to stay and if I ever go back, I will definitely rent this place again.
