This four bedroom apartment of 150 sqm (+ terrace), enjoys a fantastic location deep in the heart of Prague, in an oasis of tranquility and elegance, just at a stone's throw from the Wenceslas Square. In the immediate neighbourhood you will find the National Museum and the State Opera. The Old Town Square and the Jewish Town are also very close. The Na Prikope Boulevard and the Parizska street are within easy reach for luxury shopping sprees. A short stroll down south you will reach the Vltava River, the Charles Bridge and the Lesser Town on the left bank.

Everything you need is at your fingertips, the area is home to some of the most exclusive boutiques, galleries and stores. Gourmets will appreciate the culinary delights served in the large choice of restaurants and cafeterias that the area has to offer. The Apartment Attic Olivova II is located on the fifth floor in a building with lift.

We kindly remind you that young groups and parties of any kind (stag, hen, bachelor etc...) are not allowed in the apartment. STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. We are not flexible at this point and we will not accept such kind of travellers at their arrival.

Note: This bright split-level two bedroom and two bathroom attic apartment with lots of woodwork is situated in a completely renovated building with a new lift. The lower level consists of a living room with a fully fitted open space kitchen, a dinning area, a terrace, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. The upstairs is reached by a designer steel and wood staircase, there are the third and the fourth bedrooms, the second bathroom and the storage room. The apartment boasts high quality materials.

In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.

For groups and peak season`s reservations (Easter, New Year`s Eve ...), the mentioned payment and cancellation conditions could be a subject of changes: The guest will be informed about those changes in writing before the confirmation of his reservation.
