These 3 lovely apartments with FREE WIFI are located in a quiet spot, close to the village centre, A vehicle is recommended as though you can take a 20 to 30 minute walk to beaches, bars and tavernas it is only a 2 minutes journey by car/motorbike etc and local public transport is not too reliable. The 1st floor apartment enjoys a mountainous view. Can sleep up to 4. The apartments are tastefully decorated luxury high quality furnishings with either leather/suede lounge furniture and double sofa bed. Air conditioned throughout and additional ceiling fans for your comfort. The apartments comprise of one bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and full cooking facilities and a stereo system is also included. The quiet communal swimming pool has large terraces. Day or night the ground floor terrace or the first floor balcony has a Mediterranean feel so you can dine al-fresco on warm summer evenings. No expense has been spared on equipping this holiday home making it the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Car hire is advisable with the village being a 20 minute walk and the beaches a 25+ minute walk, but by car only 2/3 mins.

Cyprus For A Perfect Holiday:-: Cyprus is the third largest Island in the Mediterranean, it is an island of beauty and a country of contrasts. Cool, pine-clad mountains are a complete scene-change after golden sun-kissed beaches. Tranquil, timeless villages are in striking contrast to modern cosmopolitan towns. Luxurious beach side hotels can be exchanged for large areas of natural unspoilt countryside. Yet in Cyprus all distances are easily manageable, mostly on modern roads and highways - with a secondary route or two for the more adventurous. The summers are long and hot, fruit trees buckle under the weight of their bounty as do the vines, the grapes of which go into producing some fine local wines. The Island has long been of great strategic importance and boasts the legacy of many of its occupying empires, fortifications built by the Crusaders still stand. A holiday here is idyllic, there is lots to see and plenty to do, the welcome is warm and the weather likewise.

Local Shopping:-: Part and parcel of any holiday is the question of what to take home. Leather is very good value. The shoe shops stock up-to-date styles at very reasonable prices. Handbags, suitcases and jackets are a good bargain. Shoes and jackets, as well as men's suits and shirts, can be made-to-measure within a week or so. Handicrafts abound on every shopping street. A good spot to view them is the Cyprus Handicraft Centre in Lefkosia, with retail shops in every town. Small items of the distinctive, traditional pottery make good gifts, and so does Cyprus copper ware and filigree silver. Always popular is the beautiful 'Lefkaritika' or ' Lefkara Lace'. Folkweave, needle and crochet work, woodwork and basketwork are a few more of the things visitors like to take home with them, not to mention Cyprus brandy which can be bought by the demijohn, Commandaria and even Halloumi - the Cyprus cheese.

Golfing:-: Paphos is the new jewel in the crown for golfers seeking golf breaks in the warmth of the eastern Mediterranean. It offers golfers challenging world class championship courses, warm hospitality and almost year round sunshine. There are three 18 hole golf courses to choose from. Tsada Golf Club which is just 20 minutes from Paphos town, 550 meters above sea level to ensure cool breezes during the summer months. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,060 meters. The Secret Valley Golf Club is 18 kilometres east of Paphos lying within a scenic valley and offers panoramic views. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,120 meters. The Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex is a unique up-market experience The Award Winning Golf course is located near to the birthplace of Aphrodite, only 2 mins from the main Limassol-Paphos highway. The course is in a fantastic setting on 2 plateaux, 300m metres high. It plays to a Par 71 and measures 6,665 metres.

Review of apartment A12......fabulous!

Booking the apartment was easy as Julie was so helpful and keen for us to have a great stay.

The apartment was clean, modern, well equipped and spacious. The good sized pool was just yards from the back door which made it all seem safe and secure for the children. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, more often than not having the pool to ourselves.

You definitely need a car, with air-con, to get around as it's a good walk to the nearest restaurant or shops. The area is beautiful, it’s well worth visiting Agios Georgios beach and harbour for a quiet place to relax and swim and also Adonis falls.

We all came home relaxed and recharged.

Very good value and a great place to stay.

Excellent value for money home

We have stayed with Julie before, and once again she offers a lovely home with every amenity and is great value for money.

We always hire a car as it is needed, you can walk but who wants to walk in 80 degrees heat, when you can be anywhere within 5 minutes in an conditioned car.

The apartment and pool is very quiet and peaceful.

My stay in Peyia

The apartment was really well presented and it was immediately apparent that this was a well cared for home from home. Spotlessly clean, with everything in terms of household accessories - cutlery, crockery etc., was on hand. Although no television channels were available, a well stocked DVD/Book library meant this was no drawback. A little off the main track in terms of location, so a car is really a must, particularly if there are children in the group. The Block lift was out of order for the duration of my stay, but as the apartment was on the first floor, it wasn't a problem for me.

I found the owner (Julie) really helpful and willing to respond quickly to any queries I had, so and in terms of her customer service levels, the standard was high. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property to any potential holidaymaker.

Very clean well equipped and spacious apartment.

My wife and I arrived in Peyia in November for a week stay at Superior Court one bedroom apartment overlooking the private pool. Fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave and tv etc. Plenty of spare towels and bedding available.

Patio front and back furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Spent most afternoons by the lovely pool chilling out in the November sunshine. Peyia village is a 5 min drive away where there are restaurants, a bakery, bank and a small fully stocked supermarket. You must try the pork chops at the Grande, fantastic and an unbelievable 10 Euro. 5 min drive to the lovely Corallia beach and Coral Bay where we both enjoyed a mid November swim in the sea.

We had a lovely time and really enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend these apartments for a quiet and relaxing break.

Lovely apartment in a lovely location!

Comfortably furnished apt with everything we need, it's like home from home. The location is good and we love the easy access to the pool. It's so quiet and peaceful! The pool is cleaned everyday which is great. We love the people and Peyia!! Will be back again!!

Within a private Complex close to the pretty semi rural village of Peyia which offers relaxing and traditional hospitality with a feel for village life. Quietly siutated between Peyia and Coral Bay & Corralia Sandy beaches (2 min drive) With a huge variety of bars, restaurants & 15min drive from Paphos & its Harbour. Coral /Corralia Beaches 'BEST IN THE WEST' Peyia is the ideal location for a perfect relaxing holiday, with a variety Tavernas, Bars & Restaurants serving Cypriot & International cuisine, often accompanied by live music and dancing. with shops, Banks and supermarkets at the centre of the village. There are many places of interest in the region including Agios Georgios, Aphrodite Falls & Lara Beach. Car hire is highly recommended to properly explore the region and as Peyia village is a 30 min (2 minutes by car) walk away with all the amenities you would need on your vacation. However hiring a car is easy and relatively inexpensive, We can arrange a rental car to be available for pick up and drop off at the airport terminal.
