Great Home in Custer
Enjoyed our stay in Custer at this property. The home was clean, well cared for, and had all of the amenities you could need to have a comfortable stay. Great location in Custer close to attractions, dining options, etc. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Lori!
Close to everything
We were expecting central heat/air, but only had 2 small window units upstairs and no air down stairs. The freezer door was frozen shut. Everything else was good and the location was perfect. The deer in the yard was a bonus!
Great home base in South Dakota
This was the perfect place for us to sleep and regroup as we visited all the sites in the area. Plenty of room for everyone.
Perfect Spot to Enjoy the Black Hills
Our family of six spent two nights here in August, 2018, and found it to be the perfect place to stay while exploring the Black Hills. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for visiting sights such as Mt. Rushmore and Needles Highway. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and we were able to save money by buying groceries and cooking our own meals at the house. Why pay for a hotel when you can get four bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry, a kitchen, living area, garage, and a great location for a lower price?!
We were impressed with the house
We loved the use of the garage and the location of the house! We especially enjoyed watching the wildlife in the mornings and evenings. The deer were abundant and seemed to appear magically. If we ever make it back this is where I would like to stay. Let’s not forget the short walk to the local pie and ice cream shop!! We all loved it!
Great place to stay in the Black Hills!
We were close to everything and the house was so easy to get to. We were able to walk to things in town and get to the highway easily. There were 3 generations staying here and having the basement was a great way for people to spread out. We did have some issues, but the owner responded and fixed things.
House is exactly as pictured and has most everything you could need. We found for 7 people the pots and pans were a bit small, but we made do! We did need the AC units as it was warm, but they kept up pretty well.
