About Carol St Pierre

After living on the North Shore of Boston for most of our lives, we bought this pretty antique Rockport property during the winter of 2014 and have absolutely no regrets! We've owned our own homes and rental properties for many years and also have great experience with vacations rentals. Vacationers, several of them repeat visitors, have enjoyed our house near Loon Ski Resort in the White Mountains of New Hampshire for many, many years. We love Rockport and are excited to provide this wonderful home at great rates to Cape Ann travelers. Call anytime with questions and to see if the house will meet your needs. We are happy to discuss how your needs may vary from our minimum night schedule. I look forward to hearing from you! Carol St Pierre 978-578-1922

Awesome!! What a great house!

  • 5 of 5

What a great house!! My husband and boys have been going to Rockport for over 15 years and this house was outstanding! The owners were gracious and the house was spotless and has all the amenities you need!! We stayed with my sister and her family and all the kids enjoyed every part of this house from hanging on the deck to corn hole on the front lawn. The multi level decks was perfect for outdoor dining, the top level for perfect views of the ocean! What a way to wake up in the morning, look out the window and see the sparkling ocean. Everything you need for a vacation was part of this rental. All we did was food shop! The property is serene and the neighborhood picture perfect. We absolutely loved staying here and will stay here again (&again).

Great location, clean and spacious home - stairs were challenging

  • 4 of 5

I liked being in the town, close to great restaurants and shops. House was very clean and roomy and we liked being able to sit outside. We arrived late and the house was only 62 degrees. Called Carol and she walked us through what could be the problem. Furnace was shut off, she had us turn on the switch that controls the furnace but it still did not start up. She said she would come by in the am but I told her my 91 year old mom was with us and really would like it fixed that night. She sent someone over to take care of it that night. A very nice, knowledgeable gentleman came and fixed what was not working.

The stairs were a bit rough on those with bad knees, but otherwise it worked out very well for the 6 of us.

Nice, but won't return.

  • 3 of 5

The location is great. The house didn't have a coffee machine only a Keurig . Cable tv is not available. Only Hulu or Amazon Fire. No DVD player for the many movies on the shelf in the upstairs bedroom.

You are expected to throughly clean the house when you leave, including bathrooms.

The windows could stand a good cleaning to let in more sunlight.

Great time in Rockport

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed staying at this quaint old house, filled with gorgeous antiques. The location was perfect for walking into town. We would have liked for the kitchen to have been better equipped for cooking meals. While we were there for only 3 nights and ate most meals out, a longer stay would have been problematic for someone who loves to cook. The lack of a washer/dryer also would have been a problem had we stayed longer.

Lovely home from home

  • 4 of 5

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely old house. We spent most of our evenings in the gorgeous living room relaxing and watching TV. It is an easy walk into town and the beach and I can categorically state that Rockport is the most beautiful town I have ever visited! One slight downside of the close proximity to town is that the property is located on a busy road.
