Esperienza negativa, mancava pure la carta igienica

Troppo caldo, solo 1 condizionatore e in cucina. Camera da letto esposta al sole e senza condizionatore. Mancava di carta igienica, detersivo per pulire il bagno. Non consigliabile. Prezzo troppo caro.

Casa vacanza Logica rocks!

We've been to san vito in november to rock climb. The apartment was clean, functional and exactly as described and showed on photos. The landlord was very "gentile" (nice) and reliable troughout the reservation and the stay. I've never seen anyone being this punctual ;)

Appartamento molto bello e attrezzato con tutto che ci serve. Anche nell'inverno perfetto siccome c'è un riscaldamento. Inoltre padrone di casa molto gentile. Appartamento da raccomandare!

Belle location

Joli appartement, avec un espace salon cuisine relativement grand, une salle de bain, deux chambres et un coin avec un machine à laver. L'ensemble est neuf, et très bien fourni. Une terrasse avec table et chaise est aussi disponible, et même un accès au toit, ou une énorme terrasse supplémentaire, avec une douche, vous permettra de bronzer tranquillement. L'ensemble est propre et soigné, et bien équipé : nous n'avons manqué de rien. Si, le wifi n'est pas disponible, et c'est un peu dommage. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, même s'ils ne parlent qu'italien. Nous nous sommes débrouillés avec google traduction :-) Une voiture est nécessaire si vous ne voulez pas vous limiter à San Vito. Pour les restaurants, il y en a plein à San Vito, mais notre préférence est allée au Oasi di Paolo, à 10min de voiture de là, à Castelluzi : cuisine de qualité pour un prix correct, ce qui est difficile à trouver dans le coin. En Octobre, date de notre séjour, les bons restaurants sont souvent déjà fermés. Pour vos promenades, l'espace Zingaro est idéal, surtout en cette période ou les touristes ne sont plus nombreux. De retour en Sicile, nous ne manquerons pas de revenir dans cet appartement.

VACANZA SAN VITO

Ho soggiornato a San Vito per due settimane. L'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione fatta nell'inserzione; molto pulito,è arredato in modo moderno ed è dotato di tutto il necessario. È vicino alla via pedonale dove si trovano negozi e locali . La distanza dal mare è di circa 500 m percorribili a piedi o (se si è carichi o stanchi ) con una navetta che passa ogni mezzora a 100 m di distanza. In spiaggia sono presenti numerosi stabilimenti balneari ma anche porzioni di spiaggia libera ( più ampi ai due estremi) .La presenza del posto auto consente di fare a meno della macchina a meno che non ci si voglia spostare in spiagge più distanti (occorre considerare che a San Vito i parcheggi sono praticamente tutti in abbonamento o a pagamento e i parcheggi liberi sono solo alle estremità del paese pertanto la presenza del posto auto è molto importante). Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Una vacanza a San Vito lo Capo permette di coniugare mare stupendo, possibilità di escursioni (Erice, Riserva dello Zingaro,Segesta,Trapani,ecc...), ottima cucina e passegiate serali lungo la via pedonale ricca di locali,negozietti e bancarelle.
