Take a trip to the "Nation's Summer Capital." Dine at our 5-star restaurants, our unique downtown shops, and at THREE Tanger Outlet centers conveniently located up the road.
This lovely two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps six and has a beautiful beachy feel! The unit is on the second level (no elevator in the building). There is a lovely screened-in porch, recent updates, a washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, plenty of parking, and cable TV. Sheets and towels are provided, so there is no need to bring them with you (or rent from a linen service as other units require). BEDS: Each bed provides top-of-the-line memory foam mattresses for your comfort.

LOCATION: Creekwood is a beautifully manicured community- on the East Side of Rt. 1, you have a very short drive to Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk; only 5 miles to Lewes Beach, Tanger Outlets (tax-free) right around the corner, and public transportation DART stop is close to the community entrance. Restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores. Walk and enjoy the new restaurant Fins Ale House and Raw Bar, Rehoboth Diner, Moe's Southwest Grill, and several more.
PARKING: Plenty of shared parking- not assigned.
AMENITIES: Linens are supplied. PS2, ceiling fans, beach equipment, DVD player, Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen w/ crockpot, toaster, and blender. Electronic keypad system for easy check-in and checkout.
THINGS TO KNOW: This condo rents from Saturday to Saturday during prime summer months. Streaming services only Linens are supplied, but guests are responsible for laundering before checkout. The community pool is not available. No pets and no smoking!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Convenient Condo

Comfortable, convenient condo with easy access to shopping and beach. Traffic on that stretch of highway can be a bear though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to others.

Beautiful condo and well taken care of. Enjoyed our stay. Would have given 5 stars if location was closer to beach, 2 miles into Rehoboth. Not easy to merge onto highway. Condo right off highway.

Great Condo!

My family had a great experience at this rental. The unit was clean and better than pictured. We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach (umbrellas, chairs, beach cart etc.), and the location was convenient to both Rehoboth and Cape Henlopen. The outlets, grocery stores, and Walmart were within 5 minutes. The only thing to note is that it’s on a main road and you have to make a tricky u-turn to go a lot of places. I would definitely book again.

family getaway

This property was a beautifully decorated and comfortable home. We were pleased with its cleanliness and quality of amenities. Our only drawback was the difficulty in getting out onto Rt. 1 in the direction of the beach. Merging over to make a U-turn was difficult and tricky. Otherwise we loved it and had a wonderful trip.
