This lovely apartment of 35m2 on two floors nestled on the roofs of Paris above the Luxembourg Garden is an exceptional place. It is designed like a boat overlooking Paris with a 35 m2 terrace opening onto the entire city and a 360° view. This unique space is a little haven of peace that makes you love the most beautiful city in the world and be inspired by it.

It is located in front of the Luxembourg Garden, a 5-minute walk from Montparnasse, the Pantheon or Saint-Germain-des-Prés, a 15-minute walk from Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Seine. Get your breakfast at Place Saint Sulpice, have lunch at La Rotonde in Montparnasse and dinner at la Closerie des Lilas, all walking distance from your new Paris home!

Great place but poor communication

The property was exactly as described and the view from the terrace was amazing. However I was not happy with the process for occupying the property. After being told months before that any time was fine I was later told to be there before 1.30. I was arriving on an international flight and had no control over my arrival. The whole lack of communication caused me a great deal of stress. However the new air conditioning was amazingly efficient in the very hot Paris weather

A terrific apartment situated in a great location. Magnificent terrace.

The apartment is a unique design with the interior reminiscent of a boat. The top floor of the aparment has a magnificent terrace with 360 degree view of paris. The terrace is also well equiped with cooking facilities. The location is conveiently located 100 metres from the subway and only 1 stop from the river.

Perfect Location

Most important for us, very clean. very efficient small one bedroom, one shower, one bath appartment, very good location, quiet and easy of access; also very convenient grocery store well achalended almost next door is wonderful. an addition of a small bunch of bread, tea and sugar, plus some small plates would have been nice as arriving exhausted by the trip; also a detailed way of controlling the heating system would have been helpful.The owners are very receiptive to any suggestion, which we did appreciate much. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Rooftop views

This apartment was lovely. The location was central and allowed us to move around the city with ease. Lots of restaurants and a grocery within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed for our week stay. The rooftop garden was a wonderful way to start and finish the day
