This condo has a great Florida vacation vibe with a family friendly layout. Unlike most properties on the island, this condo is ground level making it super convenient to walk in/out. There are (3) LCD TVs -- living room and in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with amenities of home. There are (2) full bathrooms, including a master bath in the back bedroom. The spacious master bedroom features a King bed and reading chair plus very large closets augmented by a large dresser unit. The front bedroom has (2) Queen beds and features a closet and a large dresser unit. Our condo has updated hurricane doors and windows, which are nearly soundproof allowing you to sleep peacefully.
This condo has a south-facing walk-out patio that receives incredible amounts of sun year round. The sun is never blocked by nearby high-rises. The space surrounding the patio is referred to as a 'garden setting' and offers seclusion and privacy that units near pools and heavy-traffic walkways do not. The patio is protected from the wind too. On cool or breezy days our patio will feel 10-20 degrees warmer than the beach. We have (4) swivel rocking chairs, table, and umbrella for relaxing/dining/remotely working experiences. There is a very large stainless outdoor gas grill located nearby for your use.
The property is on the gulf side of the island -- no need to cross any streets or deal with parking hassles. You have an easy walk through the "garden" to the beach (~5 mins). Don't feel like the beach, there are also (3) pools on the property. The closest pool is usually the warmest.
You will love the convenient parking directly at the door of the unit. No need to haul luggage and groceries up stairs or bother with elevators. The condo includes parking space for two small vehicles or one large SUV/truck.
Digital door lock (no carrying keys) plus Wi-Fi
We offer private folding chairs, a beach umbrella, swim boards, foam pool floats, toys, and a awesome beach wagon to haul everything onto the beach. Please rinse them off and return them to the condo daily and once your stay concludes so future guests also can enjoy them.

Our family has been coming to Siesta Key for over 30 years and owned this condo since 2000. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The nearby Siesta Village offers good food and entertainment. The island has a free trolley-bus system enabling you to shop, dine, sight-see easily. There are also 'free' taxis where drivers work for tips, making getting around remarkably simple.
If you would like to rent but need a special consideration, please contact me as we are flexible to some extent. We accept alternate payments options as a service to guests to reduce fees.
