Beautifull condo. 1 GB Fiber optic internet. Smart TVs in every room with Netflix and YouTube TV and more. Be sure to see the video. Fully furnished with every amenity needed for a fabulous stay. Newly renovated throughout. The downstairs is open and inviting, with two new leather sofas and comfortable seating where you can enjoy the view of the water. Dining will accommodate 6-8 with counter space for four more. Antique English pub table can be extended for more dining or buffet service. 2 queen beds, double over double bunk, extra air mattresses available. Smoking allowed outdoors on the patio deck only. Pet-friendly. Close to all Lake Conroe amenities, The Woodlands venues, and the 162,000 acres Sam Houston National Forest with the 130 mile Lone Star Hiking Trail. Incredibly well equipped and maintained resort style accomm

This is an outstanding gem of a place that has a great waterside location, secure, well maintained, comfortable and packed with every amenity. The star is also the owner Terry who went the extra mile for us in buying a Christmas tree for our stay over that period with heaps of decorations provided for us to dress it and the condo to make it festive. She is highly responsive and always contactable if needed. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood location!

Located in a great (safe) neighborhood with parks and easy drivable access to lots of restaurants and things to do around the lake. Owner was easy to communicate with. Plus the view was beautiful!

Great condo! They have thought of everything you could possibly need. Very clean and the perfect size for our group. Great water views. Perfect for boating. Terry was amazing! She responded immediately to questions I had, nothing was wrong, just user error on my part. I highly recommend!

We relocated to April Sound Conroe area in April of 2015 because of a job transfer to The Woodlands. We liked it so much we decided to build our retirement home here in the forest. We decided to rent our lakefront condo. We hope that you will consider our property for your travel. I am also a local realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty in Montgomery. I love the Lake Conroe area. Why they chose this property

Located on the south shore of Lake Conroe, 30 minutes north of The Woodlands (and The Cynthia Woods-Mitchel Pavillion), and 15 miles south of the Sam Houston National Forest, the location is a perfect place to "get away from it all", but not too far to enjoy the lake and forest in the country one day and the city the next. The fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a perfect location to spend time with friends or get the family and grand-kids together. April Sound is a guarded community where you can enjoy lake life, swimming, golf, and tennis too.

What makes this property unique

Lake Conroe is located and hour north of Houston and 200 miles south of Dallas on I-45. It is convenient for drive trips coming from Texas and Louisiana. We would love to share our great lake life with you. We are also close to Sam Houston National Forest., Davy Crockett National Forest ust north of us , and not far from Angelina National Forest. Come enjoy the lakes and forest of Texas. We are 30 minutes from The Woodlands =, Texas with all of its entertainment and shopping venues. We are on the west side of Lake Conroe, where all the restaurant and entertainment venues nearby. Enjoy water craft activities on the lake, forest activities, or stay at a peaceful waterfront and tenure 30 minutes to The Woodlands for Cynthia Woods Pavilion, premiere shop pint. Business travel? Enjoy coming home to the lake after your business meetings...GB fiber optic internet if you can work remotely. Spend a week working here at the lake.
