Very nice holiday house creole style, very pleasant, airy, large terrace with sea view, built in 2003 on a hill overlooking the sea
caribbean in quiet residence. Sea views and exceptional Monserrat, near rainforest, beautiful walks insured. GR5 1 hour walk around the house .Beaux sunsets. Many beaches around, with reassuring family atmosphere for children. , Fitted kitchen, hair dryer, iron. recent bedding, linen provided, mosquito nets. Recent air conditioning maintained in the 3 rooms. Individual aerators .Private pool, 32m2 2009 protected access building, sea view, with 48m² deck. Snorkeling-bottles nearby.numerous ti restaurants and shops nearby. Small ports of Baillargent and Deshaies at 4kms, with sale of fresh fish. Ferry is located halfway between Grande Terre and Pointe à Pitre to the north, and to the south of Soufrière, the falls of Carbet, the town of Basse Earth, access to Saintes, Marie Galante. Price from 800 to 1200 € per week, tax included according to duration and period.

Une semaine de bonheur

On a passé un très beau séjour à la villa. La vue est à couper le souffle. On a profité des bon conseils de Marie-Pierre. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Ils fournissent un précieux et très complet petit carnet d'infos bonnes à savoir dans les environs. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

parfait pour un sejour familial

une maison idéale pour un séjour en famille. Enfants et adultes y trouvent leur compte entre la piscine très agréable et la terrasse magnifique de la maison. Les pieces sont spacieuses et correctement equipées. La cuisine est fonctionnelle pour une grande famille ! la terrasse et la vue incroyable au dessus d'un joli petit jardin suffisent de toutes façons à un sejour réussi ... C'est toujours un bonheur de retrouver la maison après les nombreuses randos à faire dans les environs. Nous sommes dejà impatients de pouvoir y retourner !!

Superbe villa

La villa est très bien localisée et équipée. La terrasse, la piscine et la vue sont tout simplement parfaits. Par contre, le vaissellier est définitivement à remplacer, puisqu’une forte odeur d’humidité s’en dégage. Nous recommandons fortement.
