The Timo apartment is part of an ancient stone farmhouse dating back to 1887 immersed in the Chianti countryside, among vineyards and olive groves, recently renovated,
The apartment is on the first floor, going up a stone staircase you reach a terrace where you can enjoy a good glass of wine and enjoy the view of the beautiful surrounding countryside and see the village of San Gimignano on the horizon with its famous medieval towers (located just 15 minutes away). The apartment has an area of 60 square meters and is divided into 3 rooms: living / dining room, kitchen with microwave, hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer and a small table, two very spacious bedrooms with services private with shower and flat screen TV. On request it is possible to add a cot or an adult bed. The apartment is furnished in Tuscan style with exposed beams, stone walls and wooden or terracotta floors. It has a shared outdoor area with table and chairs, deck chairs and a barbecue and swimming pool.

Entspannter Urlaub in der Mitte der Toskana

Wir haben unserern Urlaub in dem alten Bauernhaus sehr genossen. Die Wohnung bot ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen und hatte alles was wir benötigten (Kaffeemaschine,Toaster, Spülmaschine,Ventilator,...). Auch im Außenbereich war mehr als genug Platz vorhanden. Den Pool konnten wir von 9-19 Uhr nutzen, was vollkommen ausreichend war. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Certaldo. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und so kann man sämtliche Highligts (Florenz, Siena, Lucca, Volterra,...) mit dem Auto gut erreichen. Vielen Dank für den schönen, unkomplizierten Aufenthalt.

Gambassi Terme ist zentral gelegen, da man von dort die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten relativ schnell erreicht.

Leider Poolbenutzung nur im Juli und August

Im Großen und Ganzen schöner Aufenthalt. Wir hatten aber extra mit Pool gebucht und erlebten am Anreisetag eine sehr schlechte Überraschung, als wir in der Gästeinformation erfuhren, dass der Pool den Gästen nur im Juli und August zur Verfügung steht. Dies ging in der Ausschreibung des Objekts in keiner Weise hervor. Wir hatten den Aufenthalt im Juni. Ich betrachte das als nicht unerhebliche Täuschung des Gastgebers. Die Gäste der anderen drei Wohnungen waren genauso enttäuscht und frustriert. Auch die veröffentlichte Adresse mit Hausnummer 110 stimmte nicht, so dass wir zuerst herumirrten, bis wir erfuhren, dass es die Nr. 114 auf der anderen Seite der Straße in dem zurückliegenden und zuerst nicht sichtbaren Gebäude ist. Die Ausschreibung des Objekts sollte jedenfalls dringend überarbeitet werden, um anderen Urlaubern die Stimmung nicht gleich zu Urlaubsbeginn zu trüben. Der Verwalter Andrea war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und man merkte ihm an, wie peinlich ihm die Sache mit dem im Juni nicht benutzbaren Pool war.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Wir waren 3 Wochen in der FeWo "Timo" und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir: 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (9 und 13). Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht, Geschirr reichlich vorhanden, sogar ein Geschirrspüler. Vermieter haben Übergabe durch einen Dritten perfekt organisiert! Alles sehr freundlich und gut organisiert. In der Nähe ist ein Weingut (Remonte), bei dem man tollen Hauswein und gutes Olivenöl kaufen kann. Die Nutzung des Pools war ein Hochgenuss in diesen heissen Tagen. Der Pool ist sauber und wird gepflegt, auch wenn die Eigentümer nicht da sind. Nur zeitlich ist die Poolnutzung eingeschränkt für Gäste auf 09.30 Uhr bis 19:00 uhr, da es auch der private Pool der Eigentümer ist - das sollte aber vorher besser kommuniziert werden. Da die Wohnung TIMO in der ersten Etage ist, und die Schalldämmung nicht so gut ist, sollte man Rücksicht nehmen auf die Mieter unten drunter :-) Das Doppelbett hat leider nur EINE durchgehende Matratze - das sit etwas gewöhnungbedürftig für manche. Die Lage an der Strasse zwischen CERTALDO / Gambassi TERME kuirz hinter VARNA ist toll für alle Ziele , die die TOSCANA zu bieten hat: man ist schnell in San Gimignano (18 km), in Vinci, in Pisa, Florenz, Siena... Alles, was das Herz begehrt. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert !!

Très décevant

L'endroit est particulièrement bruyant, en raison de la.presence de nombreuses familles avec des enfants ou des bébés. Les photos où l'on aperçoit Sans Giminiano à proximité sont trompeuses. Cette résidence est particulièrement éloignée. 30 mn de voiture.
