ENVIRONMENT AND PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
A few kilometers from some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia (Chia su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Sa Tuerredda, Santa Margherita), two hundred meters from the bay of Agumu, Villa Viola (covered area 230 sq m, exclusive garden of about 1000 sq m) is inserted in a private and guarded condominium village, surrounded by greenery and tranquility of the Sardinian coast.

The Villa can accommodate up to 8 people: it is composed of a large living room of 80 m2, a veranda with dining room and garden view, kitchen equipped with all amenities and two separate sleeping areas, each consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms: this arrangement, ensuring adequate privacy, makes it particularly suitable for two family groups or friends,
Air conditioning is available in all rooms. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets, ceiling fans are installed in the four bedrooms, and there is a window in each bathroom. on the large terrace on the first floor it is possible to hang clothes to dry. Electricity consumption is free of charge up to 50 kWh / week: the surplus will be counted at the pure cost of € 0.35 / kWh and withheld from the deposit of € 500

The residence that offers every kind of comfort, is inserted in a guarded condominium area. The environment, surrounded by greenery, is safe even for children and is very peaceful, the beach on Agumu bay can be reached in no more than five minutes, walking on a path without traffic. Three bicycles are also available to guests free of charge.

The whole property is exclusively available to guests. One of our staff will welcome them upon arrival for the delivery of the keys and for information or any immediate needs and also during the stay. They can also contact the owners directly by e-mail or by phone.

HOW TO REACH VILLA VIOLA:
The position of the property (access gate to the Pireddu Village) is identified by the following geographical coordinates (Google Earth survey):

You arrive at Villa Viola coming from Cagliari along the S. S. 195 del Sulcis. After passing the town of Pula you reach the roundabout junction that indicates the direction to Is Molas on the right, the indication Baia Agumu on the left: follow this last indication until you turn right; then continue along the coast. After a few hundred meters the gate of the Pireddu Village in which Villa Viola is inserted appears on the right: continue past the gate on the straight dirt road, at the bottom you are obliged to turn left, then second gate on the left, Arrival.

TERRITORIAL ENVIRONMENT
 The tourist resort of Pula is located about three km away from the Resdenza: it is very lively and equipped with every service, restaurants and meeting places ,, shops, supermarkets, market in the square every Tuesday, car, scooter and bicycle rental. It is possible to go trekking on horseback, by bike or motorbike in the inland mountains or excursions and sea fishing along the coasts. There are important Phoenician and Roman archaeological remains including an ancient Roman theater where, during the summer season, classical performances and entertainment take place. About thirty km away is the city of Cagliari, modern but also very interesting for its history, archaeological remains, monuments. To visit in addition to the typical Porto district with its countless typical restaurants offering Sardinian sea and land foods, also the Citadel (Casteddu). In Cagliari there is an important airport, connected with all of Europe and a port where ferry lines dock with Italian and French ports.
