CLEANING PROCEDURES: In this time of the pandemic, my cleaner takes her role seriously and is adjusting her procedures as new information is received. Currently, her procedures are as follows: Masks and gloves are used throughout the entire cleaning. Spraying a disinfectant is used throughout the house, especially the fabrics. 99.9 % disinfecting products are used on each surface. In general, the house is cleaned twice, first to disinfect and then cleaned. In addition, common touch areas are cleaned with 99% alcohol solution. Lysol is also sprayed after exiting each room. The cleaner will only clean when no one is in the home. The cleaner will continue to adjust her procedures as new information is learned.

The first floor features an open floor plan for the living room, dining room and kitchen which offers a great setting for family memories and socializing.
