This area has everything needed to enjoy the space year round....the best in California indoor –outdoor living.

The bedroom area has an upgraded queen size bed with memory foam topper and upgraded linens. The additional sleeping area is the living area, which has a sofa bed. There is a 50” Flat Screen LED Smart TV in the living room area and eating area. This property includes FREE HIGH SPEED FIBER WIFI, FREE UTILITIES and FREE SMART TV with YouTubeTV package and with accessibility to streaming apps. A parking spot is included…..AND IS FREE.

The grounds are meticulously maintained and the walkways are decorated with wall art, flowers and trees. Plantings, flowers and trees are planted in such a way to enhance your senses with fragrances, colors and beauty and also attract butterflies, hummingbirds and birds, in general.

There also is a free trolley service that the city provides for much of the year. The location is perfect as it is near to everything but just enough away to provide for a peaceful stay. This unit is in a back house on the property and is 1 of 3 units. Each unit is set up to maximize the privacy of each unit and occupants. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 6 am. Two (2) Washer/Drying Machines are provided for your use, free of charge.
