Casa Aviño - Buño

It has 4 double bedrooms with double bed and extra beds (maximum capacity for 11 people), a huge living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven and all the necessary kitchenware). It has 2 bathrooms, one with shower on the first floor and the other with bathtub.

Outside there is a wonderful fully fenced property, with garden, private parking area and covered barbecue ideal for outdoor meals.

The house is rented as a whole.

The house is located in Malpica, in the village of Aviño, a very quiet area surrounded by forests and beaches, very well connected with the Costa da Morte, Santiago de Compostela (50 minutes away) and A Coruña (30 minutes away). It has sea views and the nearby beaches are of excellent quality (blue flag). The beach of Aviño is a beautiful, almost virgin sandy area of about 400 metres long, surrounded by nature, with fine golden sand, and is only 900 metres from the house. The beach of Razo is 5 minutes away by car.

Fin de semana con amigos

Los propietarios son una pareja muy agradable y hemos podido estar en contacto con ellos en todo momento. La finca es enorme, no solo la casa, hemos tenido sitio de sobra para estar cómodos todo el fin de semana. Limpio y acogedor. Tienen un huerto y la dueña nos invitó a coger frutas sin problema. A cinco minutos de las playas de Razo y a diez de las playas de Baldaio, se puede ver el mar desde el balcón del segundo piso. Una gozada.
