Featuring a master suite bedroom with a double bed and bathtub, and a second bedroom with two single beds and a charming balcony facing the sunrise, the apartment caters to your comfort. Advance requests for a baby crib or folding bed are welcomed. Additionally, there's another complete bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, while the spacious and elegant living and dining room provides a relaxing space to unwind. High-speed internet services are available, along with plenty of recommendations for a unique stay in Portugal's capital. Each bedroom boasts a spacious closet for guest convenience.

One of the apartment's key advantages is its ability to offer guests highly valued features for a comfortable stay, often unavailable in older buildings, thus offering a touch of luxury in Lisbon. The building is equipped with an elevator, and upon request, we can provide a parking spot at an additional cost.

Our neighbourhood is prestigious, residential, and commercial, nestled in the heart of Lisbon. We are close to cultural treasures, cozy coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping areas, some of which are centuries old. Supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, shopping centres, cinemas, and public transportation hubs are all within easy reach, with Lisbon's airport just 5km away. The closest supermarket is conveniently located across the street, and you can also take a short walk to El Corte Inglés department store or the Saldanha shopping centre. Indulge in breakfast at one of the nearby pastry shops or explore the Saldanha market for fresh fruits and seafood to create a delightful home-cooked dinner.

Late check-in (after 20h - 30€; after 22:00h - 50€)
Earlier check-in (between 10:30 and 12h - 50€; between 12h and 15h - 30€)
Late check-out (after 12h – 30€; after 15h – 50€; after 17h – preço da noite em vigor)

Any necessary or requested intermediate cleaning for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.
For stays above 28 days, the law does not oblige to any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly clean using our service providers will be mandatory and it will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.

Stays equal or longer than 28 days, expenses for water, electricity and gas are not included and will be charge to the guests.
