Apartment on the ground floor of a house of our property, with parking, sea within walking distance (about 1 km) as well as all services, consists of 2 rooms (matr.+ bedroom) and living room, with loggia and garden, where there is a large umbrella, to eat al fresco meals if desired, the glazed windows provide the right tranquility even if the area is very quiet, the special feature is given by the fact that you are close to the sea but also to the city and also you are already on the road to reach the beautiful places of the South / East of Sardinia, Villasimius, Costa Rey etc. ..

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans un super confort et une maison toute equipé pour passer un semaine complète sans le moindre problème. Et si besoin, nos hôtes ont été très réactifs !! Grazie mille Di tutto 😍

Relax e spensieratezza

La nostra vacanza è volata: ci siamo trovati bene sotto tutti i punti di vista. Mare mozzafiato e lo sapevamo, padroni di casa disponibili e sempre presenti: Maria e Pasquale sono due persone simpatiche, a modo, cordiali. La proprietà è comoda e pulita, con tutto ciò che serve e delle giuste dimensioni. Che dire del sud della Sardegna? Spettacolare. Ci torneremo.

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane ad agosto a Quartu Sant'Elena. Splendida vacanza. La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla, molto ben rifinita, pulita e spaziosa. È fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici, asciugamani, lenzuola , ombrellone C e uno splendido terrazzo con barbecue dove potersi rilassare dopo una giornata trascorsa al mare e cenare. È posizionata in una zona abbastanza comoda per raggiungere tante calette una più bella dell' altra. Maria e Pasquale , i proprietari , sono due persone simpatiche, carine e molto disponibili. Se dovessimo decidere di tornare in Sardegna non esiteremmo un attimo a ritornare qui.
