About this property

The villa has been finished to a high standard with tasteful contemporary fittings and many luxuries.

Outside, there are landscaped gardens all around the villa with beautiful flowers and planters. There is a large 10m x 5m swimming pool with steps for easy access, all surrounded by patios to enjoy the views. A solid fuel BBQ is provided for dining 'al fresco'. The villa is located in a small village with a local shop and restaurant. It is 15 minute drive to the beautiful harbour of Kyrenia. In driving distance to many beaches. Beautiful restaurants close by. WIFI is included in the rental and an amazon firestick that includes all films, sport and live tv.

A Wonderful Place in the Sun!

Spent a wonderful 2 weeks in this villa and loved every minute. Arapkoy is a very quiet village with not much going on, but the peace and tranquility (apart from the odd dog barking) suited all our needs after a stressful year. Villa is a 'home from home' with all the amenities available (would have liked a nozzle on the hairdryer, but that is my only complaint!). Car hire is necessary to get out and about, but reasonably priced. The owner, Val, was very helpful and prompt in replying to queries during the booking process. Our two friends had never been to Northern Cyprus before and really enjoyed the unique and uncommercialised aspect to this type of holiday. Would definitely go again.

Perfect for families with kids

When we arrived we were greeted by Mr. Jamal, he was very helpful and made us feel at home. The distance from the town centre to the villa is around 10km by car, the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this place and if I visit Cyprus again I would absolutely come here.

Fantastic!!

Villa is absolutely fantastic - fully equipped for a luxurious holiday! Clean, tidy & has been kept in pristine condition. Although the area is cheap enough to eat out all the time the villa is equipped to cater in if you choose to. Pool is fab - pool man very friendly. Area is quiet & upmarket but a car is vital. The goats passing by every now & then make for an idyllic environment. The agent, Jonathan is brilliant - nothing is too much trouble for him. Water via the cooler in the kitchen is a fab touch! Girne & Lefkosa are minutes away by car - local restaurants serving all manner of local Cypriot or Turkish or British or even sushi food. Would highly recommend this villa of Valerie's for anyone visiting the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

We are situated in a small village in Arapkoy, our villa boasts mountain and sea views. It is not noisy, so if you are looking for a peaceful vacation then this is the place for you. We are a short travel distance to restaurants and the beautiful harbour of Kyrenia. There is plenty to see and do in North Cyprus. Our villa also comes with free WIFI and is fully air-conditioned.
