The living room and both bedrooms have wood floors that we just had refinished. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, including a full size electric stove and oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. About Donna

I graduated from Traverse City High School as did our children. My husband attended the Maritime Academy at NMC and is a Chief Engineer who sails on a 1000 ft. freighter on the Great Lakes. Great location and house!

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful location, close to everything. The house is perfect for 4 people and is stocked very well. Plenty of towels and pillows. The kitchen was also extremely well stocked. They have a griddle, blender and waffle iron. This is in addition to other kitchen supplies. The house is also very clean. We will keep it in mind for furture trips.

Great Home, Great Location

  • 5 of 5

My family and I (4 of us) stayed here for 4 nights on our first Trip to Traverse City in July 2017. We had a great time. The house was clean, roomy, nicely stocked and in a great location located in a nice neighborhood at the tip of East Grand Traverse Bay - 5 minutes into downtown by car and 20-25 minutes by bike on the TART Trail which can be picked up less than 5 minuted from the house. The 2 adult bikes available for use (with locks and helmets) are in great shape and are a nice perk. There was a welcome letter along with a bag of dried cherries and maps/activity info on the table when we arrived. Donna and Colleen (property manager) were very timely in answering all of our questions both before and during our stay. Thanks for a great stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Our (grown) family of 4 had a great stay at this Traverse City bungalow!

  • 4 of 5

We were able to take a short vacation with our kids before college starts again. Our son is a great cook and we appreciated having the kitchen, supplies and grill to enjoy dinner at the table. We also played the Candyland game! The home is clean and provides a nice place for downtime. The bikes were great and the neighborhood was convenient and comfortable. Thank you for a great place to enjoy our family!

Property was great. It had all the amenities that our family needed. Great location to

  • 5 of 5

The property was very clean and had all the amenities you could need. There was also a very convenient binder that had tons of information about the area including beaches activities and restaurants. I have rented other properties around the US and Canada and have had troubles with entering the property and just overall condition of the rental. But this was not the case with this particular property, it was easy to enter and again the property was in great condition. Would recommend to anyone!

Great location for a small family

The house was centrally located if you are interested in exploring all of the neighboring towns and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The property itself is updated and very clean. We had a lovely time.

Traverse City is known as a top 5 foodie destination per Bon Appetite Magazine. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area known for their farm to table foods. Wine tours on both the Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsula are not to be missed. There are also many local brew pubs and distilleries in the area.

The Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes 30 miles away was voted one of the most scenic areas in the USA. Don't miss the dune climb and Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive.

Summer time includes The National Cherry Festival July 4 - 11 featuring a free air show over the bay by the USAF Thunderbirds this year. Traverse City Film Festival July 28-August 2.

Traverse Area Tart Trail is a short 3 blocks away. The bike path goes right downtown and is about a 15 minute ride and is often quicker then taking a vehicle.
