This highly functional and family friendly home features 2,100 square feet on three levels, three bedrooms, three full and one half baths, and comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

The main living area boasts an open floor plan, making the home perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. The large rock fireplace is warm and inviting, and the expansive bank of windows gives the space great views of the beautiful mountain forests. The sophisticated gourmet kitchen is the ideal place for family and friends to congregate around and features Viking appliances, a built-in Meile coffee maker, and large wine fridge. The impressive dining area seats six, with additional seating for three more at the breakfast bench. The master suite offers front row views of Park City’s Old Town, and the bathroom features a steam shower and a claw-foot bath tub. Everyone can settle down for the night in the spacious theatre room that features a large projection screen with surround sound and a wet bar. The outdoor patio is another great space to entertain and features a private hot tub, a built-in Viking barbeque grill, prep-sink, built-in firepit, and artistic patio furniture.

This prime location is a very easy walk to Main Street, and approximately four blocks to the Town Lift at Park City Mountain Resort. The views are wonderful. The location is sublime. There are only a few luxury homes with true ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort. With 314 runs, 40 lifts, Park City Mountain Resort has enough terrain to satisfy everyone. You'll get it all with groomers, bumps, bowls, powder, peaks and parks. And don't forget how close you are to Deer Valley Resort which is just a five minute drive.

We rented two houses next to each which were outstanding. Short walk to town, terrific amenities, great spot.

The best part was our private concierge, Jeff. He was incredible and took care of our every need.

Absolutely AMAZING Home!

We had the BEST weekend at this home, the location is PRIME! Gorgeous House, not one bad thing to say about this property. EVERYTHING we needed & the kids loved the Theater Room and especially the Wii. We will definitely be back! We recommend eating at Bangkok Thai & Main Street Pizza...then finishing off at Rocky Mtn Chocolate Factory! Grocery store 5 minutes away and everything else is walking distance. Can't wait to go back!

Great Sundance Location

Stayed here with some friends during Sundance. Great location walk to everything. Utopian was easy to work with and had great suggestions on where to stay. Very easy and pleasant user experience. We had a concierge which was a really nice feature and made the trip really stress free. I highly recommend this home and Utopian. Looking forward to next year.

Perfect Location

What a prime location. We stayed here with 2 small kids (2,5) and had lots of space for friends to visit…The patio is super nice. I have to say making my own espresso in the built in Miele was so delicious and reminded me of my honeymoon in Italy! With kids its always a struggle on where to stay but it was so easy for us to walk to Old Town for dinner or catch the shuttle to the Resort. Our first night I just walked down the stairs to Bandits and grabbed some take out. Once my 5 year old saw the theater he decided we should just stay in the house and never go home (I think it’s a fabulous idea). Lani and her team were so great to work with and everyone at Utopian made it such an easy and comfortable process. I would for sure use them again.
