Located across the street from the beach, this non-smoking home features partial ocean views and a sunroom. Other features include a fenced yard, a deck, a private, ground floor suite, wireless internet access, and a large, private swimming pool. With four bedrooms and three baths, this home accommodates up to 8 guests. Rents weekly only, year round. Recently renovated, updates include updated, modern kitchen and bathrooms, fresh paint, and beautiful, refinished hardwood floors. Square Feet: 2071<BR>

GROUND FLOOR: The ground-floor suite has two twin beds and a full bath and shower room. Window air conditioner and separate entrance. This room has no central heat, therefore it is not usable during winter months. <BR>

SECOND FLOOR: The main living areas, with lovely hardwoods throughout, are located on this floor. The living area has a flat screen TV, DVD player, and a queen sleeper sofa. The living area flows into the sunroom, with stairs leading to the pool. The sunroom also offers deck access. The updated kitchen features top-line, stainless steel appliances and quartz counters. The kitchen also has seating at the counter bar. The dining area, open to the kitchen and living area, has a large table that seats ten. The remaining bedrooms are also on this floor. The master suite has a king bed, TV, and updated, modern private bath. The second bedroom has queen bed while the third bedroom has two sets duo bunk beds (double on bottom/twin on top). The second and third bedroom share access to an updated, modern hall bath<BR>

Each home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. The wireless service requires a login and password. Contact the front desk about the login information. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. Best vacation ever!

Our family has enjoyed many vacations at Isle of Palms over the past years. This home offers many special touches for the vacationers including a beautiful large swimming pool, a delightful sunroom, spacious dining table , updated kitchen, and comfortable living spaces. Located only a short walk to the beach makes for a perfect location. The owners have left some beach and pool supplies that were a delight to all. Three of the bedrooms are on one level with a fourth downstairs. If you like "glamping" (glamour camping) this room with it's window air conditioner is perfect for you.

NOT a 4 BEDROOM

This house was beautiful and we loved the location. The front porch is amazing. However this house shld not be listed as a 4 bedroom. The 4th bedroom is in the basement, below the flood line and it was kind of creepy. Luckily we did not need it on this trip. I would give this house 5 stars if it was listed as a 3 bedroom.
