This townhome offers tranquil marsh views, contemporary furnishings, and designer touches throughout. Guest enjoy hardwood floors and wireless internet access. Guests also enjoy access to a community pool.

FIRST FLOOR: The living area boasts comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and access to the furnished screened porch, which has grand views of the marsh, and seating for 6. The adjacent gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A central kitchen island provides a cozy place to enjoy a casual meal or prepare a snack, and can seat 3 guests. The kitchen is open to the dining room, which can seat 6 guests comfortably at table. An airy bedroom furnished with a queen bed has a window seat, and shares the full hall bath.

SECOND FLOOR: The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and features its own flat-panel TV and DVD player. The master bath has a whirlpool tub. A spacious second bedroom with a king bed and daybed has a private bath as well. All three bedrooms use natural colors and create a peaceful atmosphere perfect for your vacation!

The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities, a Lake House Amenity Card is required, and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.

The Club at Seabrook allows guest access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex, and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required. Additional fees will apply based on the activity you choose to participate in. Each property is individually owned and therefore each owner may have different levels of access to the Club facilities. Please make note of the access level for the property you have rented:

Optional Amenity Access - if rental guests wish to access Club facilities, an amenity card may be obtained at the Club Amenity Office for $25 per day, $150 per week, or up to $350 per month for the Club amenity access cards. Usage fees and a card deposit will apply.

Salt Marsh, located just outside the Seabrook gate, features a community pool, pool cabana, and putting green. The villas feature such amenities as nine foot ceilings, hardwood floors, screened porch, whirlpool tubs, outside beach shower, ceiling fans throughout, plus much more! Each townhome includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents and local telephone service.

Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems. Square Feet 2050.

Nice Location but not well kept

Salt marsh is a newer development just outside the gate. We have stayed in another unit in this development before. This unit is not well maintained. We arrived late in the evening so we weren't able to call housekeeping until the morning. Large amounts of visible dust where on the walls in both upstairs bedrooms and inches of dust on both fans. The carpets were in need of cleaning. The upstairs walls are dirty and need to be repainted. Someone tired to touch up some spots on the stairwell with the wrong color paint. There is visible water damage in master bath and the upstairs guest bathroom needs a through cleaning and painting ... small holes in the walls and grease marks around the cabinet. The front door does not stay closed unless it is locked... inconvenient with children coming and going. We called maintenance about the door but not one came to fix it. The screen porch has holes which wasn't a problem for us since it was still cool. The housekeepingteam they sent to clean the dust off walls and fans was great. The cleaned, changed the linens,since dust fell on the beds,and vacuumed. It was mentioned to me that is unit isn't a Wyndham premiere property.... since the condition. This could be a great property with some up keep

For a fairly new property, it was in a state of disrepair. Coming back from a nice breakfast on the screened porch, the handle on the door comes off in your hand and can't be attached properly without some work. The bannister leading up the front steps is not attached at the lowest point. One of my friends was locked in the master bath and had to find a way to unlock it from inside. Surprising also that Wyndham only supplied toiletries for the master bath as if the other bathrooms didn't count. Property also needed some work outside. It looked as though leaves and other debris had been there for some time.

Won't use them again.

Good location to beach and Freshfield Village

The home was comfortable and in a good location to bike to the beach and Freshfield Village. The Wyndam service made all matters very easy and enjoyable. I can recommend this home and location. The only criticism is very minor. The master bath needs a soap dish/caddy for shampoo etc. And the living room furniture could use some coasters. Also, the cleaning crew could do a better job sweeping the floors in the bathrooms as there were lots of dust and hair behind the doors on the floor.
