Difficult to get to, lacking ammenities

Only one road is usually open during the winter to the resort (beware the SatNav). Sofa beds required making up after a 24hr drive. Floor was constantly cold & door to balcony difficult to close/open. Hot water for only 10 minute shower & then you have to wait 1hr for the small tank to reheat. No boot room as such & storage room for boards etc is very cold. Electricity can trip fuse & then you need to know where fuse box is on lower floor. Language issues due to little english spoken. Knowledge of route in & possible charges at the Italian border could be provided to help prior to the journey. In short we found the appartment cold, uncomfortable, with loose/damaged chairs & a carpet that kept riding up.

Abbiamo alloggiato per una settimana in questo appartamento per le vacanza estive.. L'appartamento è confortevole, pulito, accogliente e con tutto l'indispensabile... A due passi dai sentieri per escursione, supermercato e ristoranti... Molto apprezzato l'accoglienza, la gentilezza e la simpatia del custode... La signora Paola sempre molto disponibile per informazioni e dell'organizzazione del nostro soggiorno...
