2. Bedroom ,1 and 1/2 baths completely renovated apartment in downtown Rockport.

2015 was our Inaugural Season. We had a wonderful response to our property by all who stayed with us. We look forward to this season and invite you to come stay with us and enjoy our quaint New England farm house. Misty Morning Farm is a completely renovated 1755 farmhouse, sitting on the south end of Rockport Village. The Guest House is ideally suited for two people. However there is an additional sleeping area for one or two more. please contact us for additional information.

An easy five to ten minute walk will find you at one of several area beaches where you can take a swim in the Atlantic Ocean. If you prefer, you can stroll around downtown with its varied shops, art galleries, restaurants and the Shalin Liu Performance Center, home of Rockport music.

Back at the Farm, enjoy a peaceful setting with tastefully landscaped grounds. The main floor of the guest quarters features a brand new kitchen equipped with new stainless steel appliances and a soap stone counter with a breakfast bar. 2015 decor mixed with Old World charm defines the sitting area adjacent to the kitchen. A new 1/2 bath on this level is a great convenience . Wide pine floors grace the upper level bedrooms and sitting alcove. A new modern bath with white subway tiles and a glass surround stall shower complete the ensuite area.

The perfect blend of old New England, modern amenities , and an ideal location makes this a destination you will enjoy and remember! Hope to see you soon on beautiful Cape Ann.

We have over eleven years experience as Innkeepers. Having sold our Inn in Gloucester a few years ago, we decided we wanted to live and play in Rockport. When the farmhouse became available , completely renovated with a rental component, we knew this was the property for us.

We are looking forward to a wonderful summer season at Misty Morning farm!

This property was super convenient, clean, bright and airy. Rockport is awesome!!

We arrived late in the evening on a weekday, and the hostess had arranged that we text her when we were about an hour or so out. She met us and showed us the place w/ great efficiency. In the daylight, we were able to get a sense of how perfect this place was for my wife and I and our two daughters. We have been to Rockport many times, but this was the first time staying on the 'south' side of the city, as we usually stayed close to front or back beach. I must say we were quite pleased w/ the new view. Great access to beaches, old garden was a real gem, a less than 10 minute walk, and not nearly so crowded as front beach. We still walked down to Roy Moore's every night to get lobsters to bring home, and the walk back into town to Molly's for ice cream everynight was just as beautiful. The property has a very nicely redone kitchen, and having 1.5 bathrooms was very nice for our family, plus there's a very nice outdoor shower. All in all, we'd highly recommend this place to friends and family,,,and it's highly likely that we'd rent it again.

Rockport~ Quintessential New England!

Our stay at the Wallacks home was great!

The Wallack's are very friendly and willing to be of help if needed.Their genuine kindness was refreshing and reminiscent of living in New England years ago. Their newly renovated cottage, connected to their home, was thoughtfully decorated in keeping with the New England style of decorating(fresh and clean).Many of the period details of this home were kept while renovating as seen in the beautiful wide plank floors. Any and all amenities were included like hair dryers, alarm clock and magazines to name just a few.

We were roughly a 3 block walk to Rockport center which was great!

A much needed rest in Quintessential Rockport at the Wallack's home was just what the doctor ordered! Thank you Linda and Jack hope to see you next year!

Rockport is well known as an Art Colony. Artist studios and galleries are plentiful. The Rockport Art Association is in the heart of Rockport. The Rocky Neck Art Colony and the North Shore Art Association are also just down the road in Gloucester.

The Shelin Liu Performance Center, also in Rockport Village, is a wonderful venue for all

types of Music thought the year. There are also several live music venues in the area throughout the summer.
