Location! Location!
Great location and cute place! We would very definitely stay here again, but here are my honest thoughts about things to consider. I have seen conflicting reviews about noise levels. The apartment is on a fairly main north/south street in Laguna with four lanes of traffic about 30 feet away. It cannot be considered a quiet location, but nighttime brings much less traffic and it did not impact sleep. There was actually more noise from the upstairs apartment where the party staying there wore shoes on hard floors and, seemingly, none of them ever sat down! :). It was really a lot of noise. Tromp, tromp, tromp! The kitchen can be considered well equipped if you don’t really cook. It’s fine for making coffee and light breakfast/lunch prep. You sort of have to live out of your suitcase because the wardrobe had only 6-7 hangers and there are no drawers available. BUT, having said all that, the bathroom was exceptionally large for Laguna (and very nicely decorated), the bed was comfortable, the patio is super cute, the location was awesome (short walk to absolutely everything), communication with the property manager was great, and the rate just can’t be beat…. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again without hesitation. But we might hope there is a quieter party staying upstairs. :) :)
