This cabin is a one of a kind tranquil mountain retreat! Completely remodeled and finished out in a beautiful cabin feel. Full kitchen finished with granite counter tops. Amazing views of Lumpy Ridge. Cabin sits on 2.5 acres with beautiful trees and rock outcroppings. Almost completely surrounded by Rocky Mountain National Park and a Conservation Easement. Great patio/porch with total serenity and wildlife viewing. Perfect getaway to leave it all behind! One mile to downtown Estes Park. Close to both RMNP entrances - 3.5 miles to Beaver Meadows Park Entrance and 4 miles to Fall River Park Entrance. Within a mile of many popular wedding venues including the Stanley Hotel, SkyView at Fall River Village, and Black Canyon Inn.

***A note about trip insurance...2020 was an exceptionally difficult year for our vacation rentals. We've started the year with a pandemic where we were shut down and lost about 4 months of revenue and in the fall we are dealing with unprecedented wildfires where the entire town of Estes was evacuated for several days. Let me be clear...it is the travelers responsibility to get trip insurance for your trip. It is not the owners responsibility to give you a refund or to re-book your trip due to unforeseen circumstances. If we re-book your trip for a later date, then we are losing income because now another guest cannot book it. There will absolutely be no refunds or re-bookings due to any circumstances in which the traveler can not make the trip. It's very simple...GET TRAVEL INSURANCE! This protects the traveler and the owner in situations like pandemics, wildfires, floods, blizzards, snow, car accidents, death or death of a family member, illness, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, asteroids, alien invasions, zombie invasions or any other unforeseen circumstances. Paradise for a week

We saw Mule deer, a Bear and when we went to town so many Elk. Very peaceful and gorgeous surroundings. If staying in CO again we would definately go back.

Relax and enjoy the view

The cabin had incredible views and stars were beautiful thanks to the dark sky community. It was a little challenging finding the cabin checking in after dark, but no biggie. Close enough to walk to The Stanley and downtown, but far enough away for a bit more peace.

Why they chose this property

We have always known we wanted to be in Estes Park. It was just a matter of finding the perfect place. We looked for years and years and never found anything. The second we drove up to 811 we fell in love with it and knew it was "The One". We bought this property because it is a secluded little piece of paradise and only one mile from downtown. Most cabins in Estes have neighbors really close, so you don't really have total privacy. If you do have some privacy you are usually a little ways outside of town, but not here! Once you get to the cabin you don't have anyone else around, and have your own spectacular view to enjoy. If there is a big festival going on in town and there's trouble parking then you could actually walk. 811 just had everything we were looking for and so much more in a dream place.
